ok any kids out there who clean NONSTOP cause i have that problem i HATE cleaning but i love wen things look tidy i clean wen i get home from school even if i have a TON of homework! i just cant enjoy myself wen things are dirty and my sister and brother DONT help and my mom doesnt really help eather cause shes so busy but she does do the laundry any help!?

also can u please tell me ways to clean faster and have some fun while im cleaning? and is it ok not to sweep and vacume everyday maybe every other week and also do i need to clean the litter everyday thx!

I think it's great that you still do it even though you hate it!!! Kudos to you! Life is full of having to do things we don't like to but sometimes we just have to. As far as your siblings, I don't know what to tell you. I know your mom really appreciates all your help. You sound like a great kid! Keep up the good work it'll pay off someday!

There are definitely worse obsessions you could have (sex, too much tv, etc) but do yourself a favor and STOP. It won't be easy, but start by telling yourself "Today i am only going to clean my bathroom and bedroom" or "Today I am only going to clean for 1 hour." What's also happening is no one is helping because they KNOW you'll do it so why should they bother? Slow down, honey--you will have more cleaning when you're married with children then you've ever dreamed of so no point in getting burned out on it now, especially when no one seems to appreciate you're endeavors.

I wish I knew how you got this way. It would be a great help to all parents out there if all kids were like you. I was that way to and there isn't anything wrong with you, as far as I can tell. I can't relax in filth either. Keep up the good work!

You probably have OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder). You might want to ask your mum to take you to the doctor about it because it can become quite dangerous and life consuming..
