we have a mexican girl 23 years old that has been working for us for the past year. she speaks no english at all. she works 11 hours a day and is the only mexican there along with my mom and cousin. i try to converse with her to keep her from being bored but conversation is somewhat difficult. i know some spanish because i took 3 years in high school. we had some decent conversations before and i try to talk to her everyday. she only speaks when i talk to her and never talks to me. she is not a shy person. when i stand next to her it feels awkard like she is trying to avoid eye contact with me and she looks uncomfortable when im close. should i just stop trying to speak to her.

The first semester of collegei had trouble with. I didnt introduce my self to anoyone at first. So when i finally did start doing so everyone already had their little clicks set up. Anyhow i didnt make any friends first semester.. But this semester I started talking to people in class quite abit and made one friend so far. Anyhow i was wondering on how I could make friends w ith the other guys that sit by me in class. The trouble is, is that they dont have the same interests as me really so I dont know what to invite them out for and what not.

I have been on several -pretty- good dates with about 3 different girls. All of which have been to the movies. Two I screwed up pretty bad and realized it later because of them never talking to me.

We had a wonderful time but I assumed it was because I never put my arm around them during the movie, thus creating a sort of non-interest attitude? The girl I did do this to turned out pretty well, nothing further but I did not pursue it.

Do you girls always want an arm around you on the first date with a guy to a movie?

I came across a question she asked about what she should do when I yell at her for no reason. My heart was breaking with each comment I read. Yelling to her is ANYTHING above a "nice" conversation. I don't know what to do. The advice people gave her borke my heart because I don't yell at her and if I raise my voice in the slightest she accuses me of yelling. Trust me there is normally a reason. Failing classes on a regular basis. She lost a text book and I asked her why she had not told me sooner...her response..."what are you going to do pull it out of your butt." My voice may have been a little raised when I told her she was being very disrespectful. She wants to stay the night at a friends house, we tell her no because she is failing and we get accused of ruining everything. I offered to pay her $10 a week to clean two bathrooms and take out all the garbage. She does absolutly nothing around the house...I get frustrated...raise my voice...and get accused of yelling...for no reason.

For Valentines day, I bought my bf of 2 years (we were living together) a membership to a health club. I havent paid for the whole thing yet, and I think I can cancle it. Anyway, he has moved out. We were supposed to be doing a trial separtation, and at the end of a month we were going to see if the relationship can be saved. Maybe even get married in the future. We both agreed to be faithful during this time of reflection. Well, right away he stopped answering my calls. he would wait a day or 2 before returning my call. Said he was coming over and didnt come on a few occasions. Then the kicker was, I knew he stayed out one night, and I saw guilt in his eyes the next day. A few days later I asked him what happened that night and he got angry and said that "You are nothing at all to be asking me this question" we got into a huge fight and I completely broke up with him. I think he cheated. Should I take back the expensive membership? Or is that wrong?

I admit I love my ex & would love to get back together but in the end I'm happy just being friends like we use to be even before dating. I just want to see her happy & the last few years especially she hasnt been whether she single or not. She recently came back wanting to reconnect & "hangout" which is fine & I've always been one not to read to much into something so I never just assumed something was date especially since in this case we havent really hungout in a couple years. Its her life who she dates or why am I a bad person? She claims & seems to want to be friends even apologing for not having been there for me in the past which partly I'm sure was because she was in a relationship at the time & thats fine. Either way I'm just tired of seeing her so unhappy & hearing her talk about being alone unhappy & even settleing. She use to want to settled down & get married to someone now she says things like she doesnt think marriage is in the cards for her ever. Wish she would laugh?

My sister seem to be talking to everyone but me about my personal life. what should I do?

Two weeks ago they posted a question on here called My sister is living with some one ... what should i do?
They have yet to talk to me about it and I find it rude that they think it is perfectly to ok to ask for advise from people they don't know yet they refuse to confront me about it.

I am 21 years old andcurrently living with my Fiance . We have the date set and venues reserved yet they don't like my Fiance Marc and refuses to tell me about it. I start talking to a guy in september over internet .......cuz he was in Iraq........we talked a lot about everything...........and after 1 month he told me that he loves me and that iam the woman he was looking for,,,,,,,,,,and that he wana marry me..........and that he want babys with me..................!!! He told me he came back in February......................so we were in contact the whole time ......he called me..............and wwe emailed..............but 2 weeks before he came...............he didnt emailed that much and he told me he cant call me........!!!! When he was back.......he came over to me 1 time..........and he told me iamhis dream woman and that he love me..........but after that i never heard something from him.......he didnt answerd the phone no more..............he didnt answerd an email..........now its 2 1/2 week ago ......i heard from him the last time........what should i do....it hurts......by the way.....he is a soldier!!!!!!!!!!

I thought he was OK with it, but he's lived here all his life. We're not moving that far only about 5 minutes from where we live now and he is still near his friends and will go to the same school. I'm really into this guy who is a friend of a friend who comes around to hang out with us sometimes. He's alittle older than me (5 years) and he's sooooo got his stuff together. Tall dark and very handsome, intelligent and educated, hardworking man. I think he digs me too but damn I get so intimidated by him. I'm afraid I come across as an airhead b/c I get too giggly and can't think of things to say. It's unusual to get this way around guys but dam n like I said-he's got it going on!
