so guys, I want to do something really special for my boyfriend sort of just because. we haven't hung out in a while and I want to surprise him with something sweet and thoughtful. Any ideas? we've been dating alomst 10 months...

I lost contact with my real mother at the age of five. With no fault of my own. I have tried for years to get over the loss and close that chapter in my life. I caleed her three years ago and told her that she had a grandaughter and she sounded so excited and we has set up a meeting place for three days later. And the day that we were supposed to met for the first time since I was five, she called me and told me that something had come up and she wanted nothing to do with me or my family because Iwas dead to her after she left. What can I do to get over the heart ache. I have a beautiful child that my step mother loves and she has always considered me as her flesh and blood and I am thankful that she is in my life. She ismy mother as far as I am concerned. My heart still hurts after all these years. Please give me advice on ehat to do. Thank you.....

we have a mexican girl 23 years old that has been working for us for the past year. she speaks no english at all. she works 11 hours a day and is the only mexican there along with my mom and cousin. i try to converse with her to keep her from being bored but conversation is somewhat difficult. i know some spanish because i took 3 years in high school. we had some decent conversations before and i try to talk to her everyday. she only speaks when i talk to her and never talks to me. she is not a shy person. when i stand next to her it feels awkard like she is trying to avoid eye contact with me and she looks uncomfortable when im close. should i just stop trying to speak to her.
