why you want to control masturbation ?
nothing harm in that.
If you use your mouth for lots of talking do you think that your mouth will become weak and you will not be able to speak properly after some time? answer is no.
Our body parts are made for some purpose and if you use them for that purpose it won't affect them.
Just avoid too much of it. Or else there is no harm to your health and to your marriage life.

Calm The hell Down over here in america we have so much free time(with out having to work at 7-11's) that some find time to beat it 3 or 4 time a day. so chill ur not gonna die but ur wife will if u neglect her needs pal. Dhank You Come Agian!

Do not continue. This troubles your health. Having married you are supposed to be happy with your wife. Thus always be nearer to wife and enjoy. Never think of the above.
