If one or both is deaf and fluent in ASL, I would recommend it. It's a very kind gesture to your future in-laws.

But you should talk to them about it. Some people get embarrassed easily, so you should ask them.

2nd motion on making sure it is ASL they use.
My nephew is deaf but knows more signed English rather that ASL, and many times gets confused when signed to him in ASL. Ask your fiance as I bet he would know if they use ASL or signed English as there is a big difference.
As far as the embarrassed thing...I seriously doubt it.I have seen many deaf people and they are not embarrassed about being deaf...almost the opposite as they seem quite proud of who they are.
Either way I think it would be great to get an intrepter as the way I see it any other family members who know sign wouldnt be able to enjoy the ceremony as much if they have to interpret for your soon to be inlaws. With the use of an interpreter all family members can share in the enjoyment equally.

If you can. It would be more meaningful to them. Also they would not feel left out of the ceremony or lost in thought. It is an important day for them too; I'm sure they would like to understand each and every word spoken.

If they could use one, then yes.

Check the local universities. There are some students out there who may work for a small fee.
