What country are you from? For some reason, I'm not thinking the USA. But, I would check with your state/country laws. That would be considered a small form of fraud.

Depending on the state there are laws on the books that allow an annulment due to fraud or something like that. That's got to be done very fast, like within days, I think. Call a lawyer and ask, they will tell you. But the initial consult should not cost, he may need her to sign though to make it fast, that may be the problem. So, he needs to call.tom. She could give him a hard time if she is thinking she can get something from him. She should agree, but that is the reason he needs to do it now!!!
If he owns a home or an apartment or anything, a business he needs to protect it and fast. He shouldn't even allow her to move in and he must never walk out, that is abandondment and can be used against him. He needs to keep her out of the marriage bed also. Did she claim to be a virgin because unless she did and he can proove it, it may not work and if no one else heard it but, it might too, I am no lawyer. Just make sure he calls asap. I know of no case except the one where the country singer and the movie star got married and then annuled, they used that reason. Something about fraud, or something like that. good luck again.

he could try an anulment, but that depends on what the state laws on that are. if the state laws don't allow him to get an anumlment, then there is always the option of a divorce.

hope that helps a lil.

He could file for divorce and site "irreconcilible differences." Or go to marraige counseling and get over it.
But he can't sue her for not being a virgin.

unfortunately not annulled because the marriage has already been consummated.

He'd have to divorce her, on charges of misleading or something. But how does he feel about it??

i dont think that there much you can do about what she did
it not a crime to be a Lie, but if he want to make the marriage
work time to get counseling or time to move on.
