Well usually I loose it over how a person treated me. I yell at them, occasionally throw things. I don't talk to them for weeks if what they really did was bad.
Sometimes when I freak out it was because I was drunk and when I wake up in the mornig I feel bad that I freaked at the person so I apologize ad ask to take them out for lunch or something.
So when you start to get angry take some really deep breaths, this will help you relax. Then remove yourself from the situation so you dont make a scene.
