Ok so I am in college, and in one of my packed lecture classes of about 120 students, one guy will not stop glancing my way. It has been going on for a half a semester. I usually NEVER approach the guy first. so I do not know what to do. Every time we have class he glances over repeatedly and we catch each others eyes. Urgh..hes had a chance to come talk to me...

So should I just brush it off since he hasn't talked yet?

i have never been a jealous person i feel its a waste of time and energy. he can talk to anyone in the world that he wants to it dont bug me. and if i catch him eyeing a hot girl if shes really hot i might say 'Damn shes fine!' and leave it at that. one of his old gf even lived w/ us when she was going threw a divorce. i just think that it is crazy to get all mad over little things. and i have told him that i tell him that he has enough jealousy for the both of us.

My wife has asked for a divorce, and she has started seeing someone else who she is falling in love with. I have not been able to move out of our house yet - we are sleeping in different rooms. We are trying to remain friends because we have two children that we are still raising. She has made it clear that we will not be getting back together, and she tells me all about the other guy that she met and she is in love with him. The bad part is we are having sex all the time, and it is getting more and more intense. I know that as soon as she is ready to move on to the new guy she will drop me like a bad habit. I know I am being used, and I allow it because the sex is good. I know I have to stop because when she tells me that she is getting closer to the other guy I will be crushed because I feel like as long as we are having sex, maybe we have a shot to work things out. Just tell me how stupid I am to put myself in this situation. Give me your best shot - be evil

and you really weren't interested in them at all,

would you exhibit these signs:

blushing,
nodding,
smiling

Or would you think of a reason not to go out with them?

I m living a long distance romance with an american (Im italian). He's planning to move to italy soon. Yesterday we talked over the phone and everything seemed to be ok (I love you, I wanna be with you, I want you, I wanna start a family with you etc). Then we had a little fight. This morning I got this message: "Ciao, I don't know how to say forever, but that's what I'm saying to you, adios, ciao". Now, we have used the word forever in other context as in "If I move to italy it'll be forever" or things like that. My question is: DO YOU THINK THAT WITH THIS MESSAGE HE'S TELLING ME THAT IT'S OVER? PLZ, I m so desperate

they announce your you have symptoms for something infront of people, that it isnt in private? Basically i went to the doctors with my mate and we were there for nearly 2 hours despite having an appointent and after we thought shed finished, the doctor said she could go, but the nurse said she had to stay for a bit longer for some reason. So after another wait we decided that we wud tell the receprionist that we were leaving and explained that we had to go home. It was at this point a different nurse/doctor said they wanted to see my mate and she got annoyed that we were going to leave(this is after much waiting!)and siad in annoyanace "do u want me to talk to you here?" my mate said yes cos she didnt have any symptoms for anything, she just went for a chat with the doctor and tests that wouldnt be known for a couple of weeks. So she wasnt expecting th doctor to reveal she has the symptoms for something and in front of people! Surely this is unprofesional?

"Look at this guy, he's so cute/so handsome/got great hair."
Women, how do you expect us to react to such a question?
Think about it - we don't care about other guys' looks, especially in a relationship! Haven't you noticed that we never mention to you that another girl looks great? Because we know it sucks!

What does it mean when a man refuses to tell you he loves you, i mean you practically have to beat it out of him...and when he does eventually say it..he reminds you of the last time he said it, and I should just think back to that particualar time.
How do you get over someone that you broke up with, are still madly in love with this person, wake up and go to sleep thinking of this person, but I broke it off due to his insensitivity.
Did I mention that we work together on Tuesdays and Thursday.
Should I just accept Defeat???

and he agreed to go on a date, but I didnt set it up until MONTHS later, which I got rejected. I see this guy every once in awhile, he works at the lab my doctor sends me to. Should I go back to the same lab by myself or would it be better to bring a guy with me so I could save face?

what are you most passionate about?

2007-02-25 20:46:23 · 7 answers · asked by amanda 4 in Singles & Dating

She's 29, healthy has no children. She's been on the dole for two years, doing a two hour a day part time cleaning job, complains she's tired and stressed all the time. Her life revolves around the job centre, not looking for a job but signing on etc.
After 2 years of this and lots of arguments I just can't bear being around her anymore, everyone in the family worries how she'll end up if she carries on like this but she's not taking steps to change her life. She was calling me yesterday but I didn't answer because I knew there would be an argument judging by the text she sent me just before the call...
I feel that I have to back off as she has the tendency to blame everyone else for her missfortunes,(ie when I talked about how she can't carry on living like this she'd say I wasn't helping but sinking her further) so if I'm not around her maybe this will take responsibility for her actions. what would be your advice?
