These are some great answers. he used to talk to me and flirt. He knows I like him alot and now won't talk to me. I don't understand, it's been a month and he keeps doing this, he'll watch me from a distance also, when i get close he'll look away.

There's so much more to this, but too much to write. The short of it is we can't date against company rules. So I suggested to just be friends. After that he hasn't talked to me. I wrote him a letter telling him how I feel and it was a good letter not bad, so he knows now how I truly feel. I've tried to say hello, he won't respond so I stopped saying hello altogether. He had told me he liked me a lot, now I'm starting to think he's in love with me and it's hard for him because of company rules and all. i really care about him he's a wonderful person and just what I was looking for.

I don't know what else to do. So I'm just giving him space. it drives me crazy! I don't feel awkward at work nor do I think he does. i can see him from the corner of my eyes looking at me and I can feel it also when he's near me, but as soon as I look his way his eyes dart the other direction. It's obvious he's got it bad for me, but he hasn't responded to my letter yet?

He's shy and not confident enought to keep eye contact a little longer.
When I was young, I did this a lot, I turned away immediately when girls caught me looking at them.
Now that i know a little better and that makes the whole difference :)

Want the short answer? He is shy. he is embarrassed that you catch him looking. You are going to have to make a move and let him know its all right and you like him too. Or if you don't tell him so he can move on.

On the outside a guy may want to look tough and stuff like that but on the inside he's just kind of shy. He maybe want to get to know you better or is just checkin you out. I mean hey, if you checkout a good-looking guy, you don't want to have him find you starin at him right? Hey just go on with it and don't let it annoy you.

BECAUSE he likes you and maybe he thinks you're pretty but is the shy kind of guy!
or maybe he's trying to figure out how to come approach you to talk to you but isn't ready yet so when you look....he tries to act like he's not planning anything :D

It's human nature, being shy and coy is an obvious sign that you like them. They are trying to see you if you will stare back, they are hoping you like them too.

My guess is he was probably checking you out but felt guilty because he is dedicated to his wife. I get that a lot. Guys look and then when I notice, they look away while their wife sits unaware.
