I would let your boss know if need be. You can always be the one to warn him and tell him to let his wife know or someone like you may have to be the one to tell her about what he is doing. I sure can understand why you are concerned. Why are the women he is cheating with not telling her? She needs to know the truth. Make sure he is actually cheating though and not just flirting around. It is only fair to let her know as he could catch an STD or get someone else pregnant for that matter. How do you know for sure he is doing this at night in your office? Does he tell you that he does or does he leave sighns or evidence behind?

If you are 100% sure he is cheating, not just a big mouthed flirt then she deserves to know the truth. He could be bringing home STD's and infecting her, there's a whole lot nastier stuff around now than the old case of crabs, it might kill someone now with AIDS.
I'd send her a letter saying when, where you know he is fooling around and leave it up to her to check it out. Don't sign it, you don't want to be in the middle of this. Best thing you can do is play ignorant on the whole matter if he asks you about it. But I really believe telling her is the right thing to do, not knowing can harm someone now, and not just emotionally.

Sure you can do something and that is do nothing.
You may not agree with it but he is a adult.
The more you try to fix a problem you shouldn't be involved in in the first place, the more problems you will cause for yourself.
Best advice, keep out of it.

Take a pic of his sleazy *** in the act (like kissing another woman) and post it on the internet. His wife will find out. I pity that poor lady and her baby though.

I would try lettering her know, with out doing it in person.
Just let her know when it happens the rest will be up to her if she wants to catch him.
Don't put yourself in the middle but do try and find a way to get messages to her.
Type up a letter send it to her, maybe with some proof if you can.

Leave him to do his dirt because it will come out one way or another. You have no responsibility with his wife's take on things so just stay out of it. It could cause uncomfortableness at work too.

send him a letter, anonymous, about the fact that you know about what he is doing and tell him that you are about to tell his wife if he keeps doing this. If he stops, you have succeeded. If not, send the wife an anonymous letter about this whole situation.

Mind your own business. He knows what he is doing is wrong, and eventually the truth will come to light by itself. If you tell the wife, you will be looked on as the "bad guy" by everyone involved, and you'd have to get a new job.
