and he agreed to go on a date, but I didnt set it up until MONTHS later, which I got rejected. I see this guy every once in awhile, he works at the lab my doctor sends me to. Should I go back to the same lab by myself or would it be better to bring a guy with me so I could save face?

He sounds like an ***. You shouldn't have even gone on the date with him. It sounds like he was too busy to call you and set it up at his convience, just ignore him. Or bring a girl and pretend you're bisexual now lol, that might make him sorry.

For lab tests? Or do you work in the lab? Taking a guy to either of those situations is hardly saving face. Just go by yourself and be confident and you will not lose face. He probably wondered why you waited so long (perhaps another man in the picture?) and didn't want to be perceived as a go-to guy.

I don't think going alone or with another guy would matter. Next time you see the guy tell him how sorry you were and that you didn't handle it very well. I'm sure he would just shrug it off, but at least you'll be able to get this problem from bothering you so much. I'm more of a face-to-face person when it comes to misunderstandings. I would recommend you do the same. You'll be surprised how easy things may become.

tell your doctor to recommend you to a different lab i failed to understand why you must go to the same lab there are other labs has a patient you have the right to choose for yourself after all you pay him not the other way around .by going to a different lab you save yourself from being embarassed!
