Depends on a lot of things. How old are you? Could you go to thier country? Or could they come to where you are? How long have you known the person? Do they feel the same about you? The only thing you can really do is one of you have to move. I am in the USA & love someone who lives in Bhutan. I can't go there cuz I have children that wouldn't understand why they had to leave thier Grandma & Auntie. He feels the same about me & he is working at getting a visa to come here to me. I hope everything works out for you.

how about more info?....your/his/her age,education, country, religion, sign etc...if your love(er) is from a different culture, how much do you know about it? are you willing to change? or vice versa........ if she/he speak English is not enough...g'luck.
.......it doesn't hurt his/her tongue to say "i love you" just to get married with a U S citizen, and become legal here on your expenses........love is blind, so open your mind eyes, think twice.....if you travel there and get married in his/her country, U S laws can't protect you.......if he/she comes here with a fiancee visa, you are protected. (at least partially) so see a immigration lawyer..
