Well, looks at some one, kinda giving them the once over is fine and very natural. If he goes all goo-goo eyed and mouth hangs open I'd be irritated.
Talk with him if it bothers you, I'm sure your head turns if a male attractive someone walks by too. It's just human nature to look and appreciate others that are attractive. No biggie....
I've been married so long my husband and I have had conversations about good looking men and women and what we find attractive in them. Interesting to get the other persons preferences. :)

I would become a bit jealous and remain distant toward my husband for the remainder of the day. I know it is only natural for men to look at other women but they should try to be more discreet. It is rude to do that right in front of the wife.

I'm married but I don't think my wife has a problem with me "looking at the menu" as long as I'm not ordering and not gawking. The trick on anyone's part is to be subtle and NOT stare.
I do look at the menu, but I don't order. It doesn't mean I'm lusting, I'm noticing a good looking woman, nothing more. Bottom line though, I DON'T ever gawk or stare. That's way over the line.
I think you have to ask yourself, is he really staring or just glancing? There's a huge difference.

Just because you get married or get into a committed relationship does NOT mean you go blind. If you have a problem with him staring, you need to re-evaluate your own security or stability in your feelings toward him. He may stare, but he also knows who he is going home to each night. Women stare, too. It most definitely is NOT just a guy thing.

Sweetie, I have to tell you (as I've told someone else today) - men will always look (so do we btw) so you have one of two choices:
1. Look with him, discuss what he likes about the other girl and actually point out a few good looking girls to him. He will love you so much more for allowing him to be honest and open. OR
2. You can make a fuss about him looking and force him to start looking behind your back - sooner or later, you will have forced him to become sneeky and then you'll be right back on here asking why or if he's cheating because you found out some things that he wasn't honest about.
Hypocritical, aren't we - us women?
So trust your man and make it comfortable for him to be honest and open with you.

I would be very upset and hurt by this for sure and i would let him know how much it bothered me and I would ask him to stop, If he did not stop or did not seem to care how i felt i would get him to go to marriage counseling with me asap before this would end up ruining the marriage. Staring or agling another person when you are with your spouse is just plain rude!

Well my wife doesn't have a problem with it as long as I don't make it SO obvious. But if you don't like it embarrass him. Make sure she is aware he is staring. We generally don't want to be caught looking by the woman if we aren't available.
