My Mom past during the holiday's last year of breast cancer and I can't even think of her for a second before my body and soul starts to act up, I try to be tuff but I just can't, I just feel so alone on the subject, I try to explain it to people I trust and love but I feel like they are not even listening to me, I don't know what to expect from them or even know what I am looking for I just wish that there was something there to make me or even distract me from the pain I'm feeling, I am trying by paying more attention to my kids and my grandson but sometimes it gets to me because deep inside I feel that she is not here to share the moment with me or them. Please share or enlighten on the subject.

Let's face it. Everybody grows old. Everybody once strong starts to wither- at least a little. Why do so many people treat their own parents, grandparents who have looked after them, nourished and petted them in their childhood as vermin? You lived with your parents when you were a child, why can't they live with you when they grow old? They too long for some family, and don't want to be just admitted into an old-age home. Why do so many families literally discard the elders of their family? Are they a financial burden? Does the age gap disturb you? Do they rant along? Can't you cope up with treating their illness? They fall ill too many times for your liking?

I really like this guy Matt that works at a video store and whenever he sees me he smiles and walks over and flirts with me. I really dont know what to think anymore, sometimes i cry because i really didnt do anything.My best friend is the same age as me and shes the one having constant sex.I really love my mom but she cant continue to think this about me just cuz im a little thick she should be able to trust me. I do a a friendly boyfriend and weve been together for 10 months on the 24th but i wouldnt dare have sex with him i mean i really do like him and he said he doesnt want to until im ready but i dont plan on losing my virginty until i graduate from high school. I woulndt tell my mom that my friends having sex because shell think im having sex right along with her just because were "best friends". my friends always getting into it with her mother and sneaking boys in her house but to be honest ive never sneaken a boy in my house or had sex with one. I complained about a girl bullying my daughters & since then her boyfriend & mates have vandalised our garden & car. My husband got a hold of them and that side of things stopped though now they shout insults at me when I'm collecting the kids from school.
Should my hubby not be ddoing something about this?

Hi, I've got a cousin who lives in Missouri, and I live in California. I haven't lived in Missouri in about 3 years, but when I lived there (which was about 4 years overall, I had a cousin who constantly tormented me whenever I was around her.) She would intentionally exclude me, humiliate me in front of other family members, and ignore me and never really talk to me, and any attention that she did give me was usually negative and critical. First she told me that she did these things because she knew it bothered me, which she probably does know, but then she told me that I did something to her, but she didn't say what I did. Then she told me because I am younger than she is, then she told me I have an "attitude problem." Doesn't it sound like SHE'S the one with the attitude problem? And even if I did (which I don't), what does she care and why does she feel the need to harass me? She just won't give up,and I've developed many health problems. Am I being bullied?

and then wonder why their marriages are sexless, passionless, and nonfulfiling. I agree with what someone said earlier: Women prepare their whole lives to be married but put nothing into the marriage. Women IF you treat your husband merely as an accessory to your life you are headed for trouble. I have been married for 14 years and I think it has been sucessful because my wife wants ME and not just a husband. We have children, but we understand that we must be nurturing to each other BEFORE we can take care of our family. Does anyone agree?

The only reason I am directing this question at women is because they tend to put their children before their husband. True, husbands have issues as well, but that is not the issue here.

My husband's car is in the shop so he's been driving mine. We work opposite shifts some days and on those days I usually get a ride home with my father who lives a few miles away from us. This evening my father will be out of town and unable to give me a ride home. I tried my grandmother and she's in the hospital with my sick uncle and my mom's on a business trip so neither of them are availible either. My best friend lives an hour and a half from me so she isn't an option. I have no other family around this area and there aren't any bus routes that go out to where I live. I called a male friend whom I dated eight years ago to ask for a ride home and he agreed. We've been nothing but friends for eight years and we only dated a few months way back when. The problem is this, if my husband finds out that James gave me a ride home he may react badly and I don't want him to feel at all threatened by James. Any tips on how to handle this?

If so, why? This is a question, not a judgment. I asked yesterday whether I had a right to try to syop my wife from having sex and having her boyfriend spend the night when she has the kids ( half the month, which means that she can, and should, boink all that she wants during the other half.) In parenting, the majority thought that I did have a right ( as does my lawyer) . In Marriage and Divorce, the majority said that she can do what she wants.

I know people discriminate against Gays, but Black people have went thru hell in this country and to me it's an insult to any Black person to say that Gays have suffered like Blacks. I met this guy at happy hour. We went out on a few really great dates. However, he never made a move so I assumed he wants to be friends. I saw him flirting with other girls when we were at another happy hour so I really thought he was not interested. However, on Valentine's Day he called to wish me a happy valentine's day and asked if I wanted to hang out with him and his friends. I told him I had other plans and he was annoyed that I made other plans with another guy. He called me the next day and then said he was going out of town but he would call when he was back in town.
