If so, why? This is a question, not a judgment. I asked yesterday whether I had a right to try to syop my wife from having sex and having her boyfriend spend the night when she has the kids ( half the month, which means that she can, and should, boink all that she wants during the other half.) In parenting, the majority thought that I did have a right ( as does my lawyer) . In Marriage and Divorce, the majority said that she can do what she wants.

People look at things in different ways and one person's morals won't be another person's. I find that people anywhere online who visit parenting sites/forums/chat tend to be a little more "conservative" in some of their views than those who don't (even if those who don't visit those sites do have kids).

As for a "why", I'm not sure exactly. I have no kids.

It's not your choice to make. If you feel it is not in your children's best interest for her to be having her bf over and having sex(I'm assuming they are private about it??) then take her back to court. But, I'm quite sure it will be a waste of your time and money. You don't get a say in who she sees or who she has around your kids unless this person is a child molester or has harmed your kids or is a drug user, etc.

I doubt you can stop your (ex?) wife from doing what she wants. But it's sad that your kids are living the way they are, from one house to another and having to see your wife behave in such a despicable manner. Why don't you try getting full custody of your kids.
