What do you mean “now what”? You just told your g/f you love her. Do you mean she was your g/f from before and never told her that until now? Or that you two just got together after you told her?

Whichever way, she is your g/f, you said you love her, and you keep on with the relation, you live your life, and you two try to work it out together and see if the relation leads to matrimony I guess. What else do you expect?

Oh yes, you told her “I love you” once. Well, be ready to say that as many times as you can. And hope she says it back to you too!

TAKE YOUR TIME NOW. I think for men that is a really big step and you don't want to play around with something that serious. If she said I Love You back then good, but I strongly recommend that you take your time and let things grow from here on out. Congratulations!
