I would like to know if a parent that has two children can leave one of them everything they have and leave the other with nothing at all? Do parents have to leave each child something? I have prepared my will leaving everything to one of my daughters and have chosen to leave the other out. I was worried about the daughter that i have left nothing to would contest the will and give my other daughter grief and tie it up in the courts where she would end up maybe having to sell my home and property to pay the courts and attorneys. Is my will enough to ensure my wishes will be fulfilled or should i sign over everything to my daughter now while i am living?

Now, all through my life I’ve been acting like I want a serious relationship, and then when it sits in my lap, I find all other excuses not to be bothered.
I just got out of stupid relationship with a man, he’s a cop, he that has 3 kids by 3 different women. Now I’m actually a bi-sexual woman that has a girlfriend at the present moment, but she has a boyfriend and I don’t. Why oh why do I put myself in these situations, her boyfriend is a CO and he works at night into the AM and I like a fool wait until he goes to work and go to spend the night with her and leave for work in the morning. One time he almost caught me there and I had to jump thru the window, thank god she lives on the 1st floor. She’s actually the aggressive female and I’m the fem. Now on his days off which is 2 days, I can’t hear from her or see her until he goes back to work, I keep asking myself do I really love this woman or is it just a challenge. I can tell you guys tons of stories, but I’m ready to be in a serious relationship, something keeps playing in my head, a psychic told me that I would never get married, and I think that’s playing in my psyche. I want to break up with this woman.
Can someone help me? Is there a Doctor Phil out there some where? Why do I do these things to myself and know that’s not what I really want.

Ok, long story short...I lived in Ireland for 2 years (I'm American) where I met this great guy. Things were amazing with us for the most part, except I always felt like a part of him was pulling away from me and he could never tell me how he felt about me. Due to circumstances beyond my control I eventually had to leave and he wasn't ready for a big commitment so I guess we sort of broke up. We hadn't spoken in months (but did text message a bit).

Over the last month we've been talking on the phone more frequently and I thought we were in a sort of "friend" zone. But for Valentines Day he got me a card (I completely forgot about the holiday myself!) where he wrote this NOVEL talking about how he missed me "loads." This is a big deal for him. He never did that much when we were actually together. We "broke up" at the end of July and I've been doing my best to move on, but now this happens.

What's his deal?

We've been married for six years and have three kids. It just seems like what I have to tell him isn't important anymore. I tell him things and then bring them up a day later and he either says I didn't tell him or that he wasn't listening. We love each other, but just don't seem to be communicating well.

My whole life i was a very crazy person...i was living a wild lifestyle of partying and pretty much everything you can imagine. Then just when i calmed down and my life was getting quiet i met a girl. This girl was amazing and i pretty much fell imn Love with her at first sight. This love however was not how all my other "love" was. she was very attractive but i wasnt wasnt even looking at her in a physical way. i was simply in love with her as a being.

I then found out she was a very strict christian and we couldnt have any kind of relationship because although i am trying to accept God into my life im not at her level of spirituality. I am a very successful musician and Model so it isnt a physical or human thing.

But why would God introduce me to the girl of my dreams and never have it in his plans to connect us???

Why do women feel the need to be with a bad guy, one who treats like crap or has a kid with them and leaves them to deal with it. Then they want to get with a nice guy, but offten they feel they can't handel a nice guy showing them love and respect or they call them a clinger, when in fact they just want to show there love for that girl that has been hurt, a true nice guy will not hold your past against you and will help support you in anyway he can.

It makes it hard for a guy who wants to show their love for a women that has been hurt because most women don't or won't show there love for the nice guy and in turn makes him feel like he has done something wrong or un wanted.

I know I have feelings towards a women that has a child, but she has closed off her feelings because she does not want to be hurt, I know in time she will open up, and I will take what feelings she can give me, but if your on to a good thing why hold off?

I've been dating this guy for several months. We see each other about 2 or 3 wknds a month because we live about an hour away. I have met a few of his friends and briefly his parents. We do have sex, but its not the focus when we see each other. In the first few months he called me daily. Now, he calls much less often. For Valentines, I saw him the weekend before and he didn't give me anything. On Valentines Day he didn't even call. When he introduces me, he introduces me as his "friend." I'm disappointed don't even feel like calling him right now. perhaps I should just move on and forget about him or am I just over reacting?

I would like suggestions on a fall bridal bouquet. I love roses, but I will have silk flowers at my wedding. does anyone know of a place online that has darker colored roses in fall colors that can or is made into a bouquet? I found a nice, mostly orange, bouquet online, but it is made up of mostly large daisys. I'm no too crazy about daisys, I would like to have a fall colored rose bouquet that is silk, but doesnt look really fake.

Shes making no effort to stay in contact with me. Recently for no reason her boyfriend who used to be my friend has been talking about me to her behind my back which is making her angry at me. This is all started over a minor argument that was her fault and now her boyfriend is making it worse. She wont answer my phone calls and I havent seen her in 2 months. Today I got my son up got him breakfast, when it was time for him to get dressed, he blantently refused, argued w/me till we left the house, I knew he had this problem with his mom, but here recently he thinks I'm gonna take his **** !!! Groundings, time outs, positive discipline do not work!!! I believe in "spare the rod spoil the child" so next time I'm going to get my vid-camera out to show how he acts and then bust his little *** like its never been busted b4!!! Anyone have any suggestions b4 CPS gets called because I'm out of ideas...He has never disrespected me like this b4, and I would never have acted like this unless I wanted to get switched..he was acting like a out of control teeneager and he's only 6...

dont understand guy in work. Everyone goes on at how shy/quiet he is but he gets on with the majority of women in his department yet is awkward/nervous and seems awkward round me which i dont know why as ive never made him feel like that. When were on workdos hes alright when we start talking and he does share personal stuff with me ie family stuff/problems.
He tells me about stuff going on in his office and how certain people are being slagged off. He must trust me at least. I do quite like him but his signals are mixed as when we do go on workdos its me inating convo with him yet he makes convo with the other gals of the office. I dont know what to make of his mixed signals. I also get the feeling sometimes that he feels uncomfortable if he has to sit by me. I dont know what ot do as in the beginning i thought he liked me but now im not so sure.
He has been trying to get a dvd back that he wanted to lend me but he keeps coming up to me and appologising for why he cant get it.
