well i like this kid nd i think he likes me because he told my friend that he was gonna come talk to me about me nd him but he hasnt come talk to me yet and i wonder if he's shy or nervous because i have a good feeling that he knows but im not 100% positive so should i make the first move or should i wait for him??

oh and theres another problem.....im still in love with my ex but we had a bad relationship and i dont want it to affect my relationship with him.......

Finish the first relationship first. If you still have feelings for your ex it will be a bad start to have another relationship. Maybe your guy feels it and that is why he is not making any move.
Also you must ask your self, and examine your feelings if you really love this guy. I notice you used the word "like". You said "i like this kid".
Sometimes we have emotional needs that we think a person can fulfill, and we are mistaken that we are inlove when we are not.
You feel important because of the attention this guy is giving you, it makes you feel good, you feel happy, and you start day dreaming, and you start falling in love with the dream and not the person.
