when me and my boyfriend play about he sometimes punches me in the arm or pokes me and it hurts. allthough i tell him he hurts he just laughs and say dont be stupid,but it really does im only little and he doesnt seem to understand. do u think he just doesnt care?

i was the same way with my wife at first. I didnt really realize how much bigger i was than her. Maybe he just doesnt know that you are serious. You need to tell him in a way that is convictive so that he will understand that ,"hey, that hurts" he will either react in a caring way and console you which i am guessing you would want. Or he will pretend like you werent serious and continue doing the same thing. At this point you should punch him directly in the nose as hard as you can. This tends to get a mans attention. Then explain that your sorry and it was an accident and that you didnt think that it was going to hurt him that bad. Then laugh. and run. HA ha Good luck.

Wait until you are in the situation of having a serious chat and bring it up, don't start it as an arguement, just tell him you really mean it when you say it hurts. If he cares about you he will not want to do this If after trying to really get through to him he still carries on like this think he has a problem and would seriously consider where the relationship is going.

Don't get into these so called playful situations. If he does it again then tell him loud and clear that he hurts you and it is not a laughing matter. Look and act hurt and move away from him in a manner that makes your case. This type of behaviour is just a little bit short of wife/partner beating and it could escalate. If he doesn't take this then he probably just doesn't care.

Your boyfriend is on a hostility trip. You can say whatever you want, he won't stop. I'm afraid this is just the kind of person he is. If he's younger than 16 he may outgrow it, but you'll always be his punching bag because this is now the way he is used to treating you. If you stay for it, you're even sicker than he is.

It seems he does not care . If he keeps doing this you should leave him Do not let him to hurt you anymore . A boy should not punch a girl because girl s skin can became easily purple .

Unless you take a stand, it will continue, and possibly even get worse. If he leaves you because you take a stand, then you have your answer—he doesn’t care about you. Harsh, but true.

i had the same problem.
i'm quite short and my boyf is over 6 feet tall. i used to say he hurt me when we were messing about and he just laughed. one day i really flipped at him and he got really upset with himself as he honestly didn't realise he was hurting me he just wasn't aware of his own strength. he felt really bad and was wary about touching me for while in case he hurt me.
try talking to him and explaining that it does hurt but don't wait until you're play fighting to tell him this pick a time when you're just chatting or try bring up the fact that you're little compared to him.
i don't think that he doesn't care i think he just doesn't realise.

Looks like he's just playing a power game with you.
Watch it doesn't lead to more painful stuff, when he's just having a 'laugh'.
I know what I'd do, I'd do it back and see if he bloody likes it.
Get him in the nuts, then laugh your head off and shout "Only playing!!"

Sounds to me like he is a bully. I know what you are talking about i had a brother like that. Tell him to stop hurting you or better still if he still carries on doing it drop him. It might turn nasty as the years go by.

He may not realise his rough and tumble games like he does with the boys hurts you...
Mayby you should hit him back or twist his nipples and tell him to cut it out.
Ie if he hurts them maybe come to his senses and be more gentle with you.
Or twist his ears or a wack in the gooles
