dont understand guy in work. Everyone goes on at how shy/quiet he is but he gets on with the majority of women in his department yet is awkward/nervous and seems awkward round me which i dont know why as ive never made him feel like that. When were on workdos hes alright when we start talking and he does share personal stuff with me ie family stuff/problems.
He tells me about stuff going on in his office and how certain people are being slagged off. He must trust me at least. I do quite like him but his signals are mixed as when we do go on workdos its me inating convo with him yet he makes convo with the other gals of the office. I dont know what to make of his mixed signals. I also get the feeling sometimes that he feels uncomfortable if he has to sit by me. I dont know what ot do as in the beginning i thought he liked me but now im not so sure.
He has been trying to get a dvd back that he wanted to lend me but he keeps coming up to me and appologising for why he cant get it.

I think that he likes you and is upset that he may have lost your dvd. Just ask him honesty is the best way

It's so obvious he likes you! There is a line in a song; 'I like you so much I talk to everyone but you'. That's what he's doing. Sounds like he likes you a lot too. But then, you already knew that really, and you just wanted us to confirm it so that, if it all goes wrong, you won't have to blame yourself. Stop being afraid. Take ownership of your situation and your actions, approach him and tell him bluntly how you feel. He will fall off the floor in shock, and love you for a long time. Read the poem 'Invictus' (google it) and start being in charge of yourself...

Sounds like he likes you and is a bit shy and nervous. Why not take the initiative and ask him out for a drink, at least that way you might get a better idea of how he feels.

i think his got a feeling on you because his awkward
around you and okey with the other girls
he trust you and want to be closed to you
his using the dvd as an alibi to see and talk to you
i have this girl once and im mummified when shes around the bend im speachless when shes closed to me
but with other girls im brave as a lion

Guys are like that. i should know, i am one.
I get on well with girls and the girls that i dont fancy and i am friends with i get on fine whereas with girls that i fancy i go all quiet and dont talk much to them as i dont want to make a fool of myself.
If they talk to me i start to relax just like your guy does.
So dont worry he just fancies you.
Question him about this! ask him if he likes you!

He is shy and is not at ease with you as he is worried that if he asks you out he will be rejected. If you like him then why not ask him out. Then if it doesn't work then you have lost nothing.
