Hey all. Okay a little background. I'm a 20 yr old college student who's a virgin. None of my friends have any idea as I am "popular" and an athlete. I am secretly pretty religious, not overly so but in private I pray a lot and speak with the Lord. I never expected to be a virgin at 20 but it is what it is. I've passed many opportunities to have sex and have kissed/fooled around w/ a decent amount of girls and but never sex. No, I'm not gay either. Women are on my mind all the time. My question is whether or not A) its bad I'm still a virgin, B) should I be open about it? I'm the type of guy nobody would ever guess and I'm pretty confident in all other areas of my life except this. Ladies I need advice on what I should do. Thanks alot.

my girl friend is on the phone w/ her male friend who lives across the hall in our apt. complex. She & He smoke from time 2 time. I don't smoke, so I generally don't go over. 2nite on her cell phone she asks him "can I come over & get Happy I'll give you some $ 2morrow." I hear him say "Why don't U come over here & make me happy" she repositions the phone 2 the other side of her head, & laughs. She didn't know that i heard that. She left & was over there 4 about 25 mintues. I stayed @ home in bed watching a movie. Later in the evening it was bothering me, so I told her what I heard, & that it didn't make me feel very good. We hashed it out, well then she got out of bed, and changed her underwear, she threw the old underwear out & said "There's holes in em" I didn't think nothing of it. Curiosity got the best ot me, & later I pulled her underwear out looking 4 holes. I found none, & now I wonder did she have sex with this guy? & threw out her underwear? what's your take?

by "smart" i am referring to academically smart, i.e. great at maths and science.
by "really smart" i am referring to the people who get or almost get dux in a big school or get high distinction in a hard uni course.
i know a lot of really smart guys who are quite popular among girls.
but i don't know of any really smart girl that guys like, even if they are really nice and fairly good looking.
now why is this? just curious

Im a sophmore in college, Freshman year I was crazy and partied alot and got a fair share of girls. This year nothing is working for me. It seems like all my friends are getting girfriends and everything, but my problem is that I just want to settle down and get a girlfriend and the problem is that im short. I'm 5'5" and i think im a fairly decent looking guy, but girls just will never pay me as much mind as any other guy who is just taller. Its really hard to get girls now, and meet new girls because they just seem like i'm not of any interest. I feel if i was taller things would be alot better for me. I really just want to settle down and get a girlfriend but its been so hard. Being anxious about this makes it harder to focus on school and i'm not doing as well as i could if I just felt more settled in and all. Any advice? Thanks alot.

I see all sorts of complaints for men being too effeminate, by expecting women to meet them half way; or more. I also see many, many women complaining about macho come on lines.

Ladies, what's a man to do? Is this all just a game or competition where we lack proper communication ettiquette, or what?

I am a 24 year old well educated female who had a best friend from my freshman year of college. We were part of an organization and over the years became very close. Both of us experienced ups and downs with family and relationships but shared a similar faith. Therefore, I felt we really had a solid friendship to the point I considered her like a sister.

About 2 years ago she started dating a new guy and we both left for grad school. We are both back in the same city now finishing our degrees and both have very serious relationships. After returning from being away in mid Jan she has distanced herself from me the past month and won't return any of my calls, emails, etc. Today she sent me an email saying she has changed, our friendship changed, and her focus is school and her boyfriend and she can no longer offer me what it needs to be a good friend. She said I did nothing wrong, still this kills me to the core, and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions on what to do?

He is moving pretty fast... wanting to talk.hang out every day. And talking about a future. Is he just messing around to play with my emotions do you think? He is a great guy and I want to believe he has good intentions, but am scared to believe it. Could it just be he is ready? Thanks for any advice. Also, he really is a cool guy - fun, smart, goodlooking, the type that could go to a club and get any girl.... so it seems weird for him to be like this

I have this crush for like 2 years and i just started to get to know her this year. She just broke up with her boyfriend and sick of relationship.Maybe that is her first relationship.I really like her so much and willing to be her royal and loyal boyfriend. We used to chat online but not anymore.Maybe she think i am boring. When we meet in school I just smile and dont have the guts to say anything and walk away. I know I am a complete loser. We see each other quite often though. Imagine how many times i miss that chance. I bet she must have think I am a loser.
Problem 1: she said she dont want to be in a relationship anymore.
Problem 2: I am scared of rejection.
Problem 3: I am scared of her because she is the few beautiful girls in my campus
Problem 4: I am not much a talker.
How? Care to help?

How can someone be in a relationship for over 8 months and show love unconditionally and being supportive in every aspect of life to ignoring and not wanting to be around the person you say you love. How can someone want to stay in a relationship where there is no comunication, where there is no honesty about things that bother you. How can someone put a year into a relationship that he hopes and prays and begs to keep going, even though he has been hurt so many times by the one he loves. How can people change so easily. Why does this hurt so much? How can I be so angry and hurt and bitter, and how can I feel like I want to tear a hole in a wall and break anything I can get my hands on when I think about the one that I love. Why can't I be happy like I used to be months ago.

My sister is about 3 years younger and these girls are around my age group. (17-19) I really don't understand this. Alot of people that do this know her because of sports and things and when I try to make friends with them they either just give me dirty looks or ignore me. I just stopped because I'm used to this but not with anyone that knows my sister but acts like an a!! towards me. I just feel that if they want to be all close to my sister to at least try to make an effort to at least say hi. Most of these girls are older than me by about a yr.
They really have no reason to do this, I don't have a bad rep., I haven't stole anyone's man, I am friends with lots of people but I do have some people that dislike me for no reason, but still. I try to talk to them/compliment then, they dont wanna talk or look at me wrong or have an attitude with me. One is always staring at me at school. Should i keep making the effort or just forget about it
