Thank you for being a friend
traveled down the road and back again
your heart is true
your a pal and a confidant
and if you threw a party
and invited everyone you knew
you would see
the biggest gift would be from me
and the card attached would say thank you for being a friend

or

Honey why you calling so late
it's kind of hard to talk right now
Honey why you calling
is everything o.k.
Your boys in the next room
bet he's wondering who's talking to you

Since she has a boyfriend, don't make it too personal. Just let her know that you appreciate her friendship and you are there for her.
Don't tell her that you love her. She has a boyfriend and you should respect that. If you feel the need to tell her, then do it in person.
If you guys are just friends (and nothing else) then at least you've told her that she is that: a good friend.
If there is more, she'll know without you getting too pushy.
Just don't do anything too personal .. she's in a relationship and you should respect that. Even if she seems like she might like you back.. it's on her to make a clear decision
Good luck (-:

and don't let these &*&% tell you that just because you guys are 13/15 your problems aren't real (-:

She has a bf maybe shes just being polite, and girls talking outta expierence hate it when guy friends tell them they have feelings for them..But then again if u really like her tell her,or simply say i adore u in the card it will make her smile and yet again u get her thinking..Then take it from there GOOD LUCK ;o)

Give her something that has to do with an inside joke, or find out her intrests and give her something that has to do with that. She will like that WAAY more then any expensive jewlery or cards or bears. Really think about this one, what would she like???

Having you as a friend is incredible.
Having you as a dance partner is hot!
Having you as my valentine would rock my world.
and by the way to comment on the other advise above me... lay off people they are 13 and 15... no one is frickin committed at that age!!!

Nothing, you shouldn't be getting her a card because she has a boyfriend and making a play on another guys chick isn't cool.

If she has a boyfriend, it's none of your business. She's a two-timing flirt who likes the attention. Yeah you think she likes you because she looks at you and smiles? LOL! She's a deceitful little actress, that's all.
