Do whatever you can to minimize the impact on the kids.

Don't do this. He plans to put you in that new house, then divorce you, and once this is done, he will not make payments on it and it will be lost. He's trying to set you up in a house so he can keep the present house after the divorce.

You will be homeless. File for divorce and take the present house you have from him and then he'll have to pay childsupport and make the payments on the house you live in now.

it will still be the kids house if'n he's going to be an active part of their lives. it just won't be your home anymore. don't put the children inthe middle. the will resent you for it later!

well honey, if u re not moving then police will come and move u out. your husband owns 50% of the house and u can't afford it anyway. and what should u do? maybe u shouldn't suck in relationships that much that a man wants to run from u

Well, it takes two to tango. If he wants out, he wants out.

You're right to ask for the house, for the sake of the kids.

my thoughts? You are going to be getting a divorce, it's a done deal...protect yourself and your kids by consulting a divorce lawyer ASAP!

if he was any sort of a man he would not worry about the house,i mean if he has no feelings for you surely he should think of his children.if it were me I'd leave and that's that
