I met this girl a few months ago and we were working toward a relationship. We went out a few times and she said she's not ready. She really meant i wasn't her type but she didn't want to let me down hard. I bugged her about giving me another chance for about a week...texting her and talking to her online. She called me a stalker and banned me from her myspace page and stuff. I haven't had a relationship in a long time. Now i feel really bad cause i didn't ever want to hurt her and now she don't want no part of me. She thinks i'm crazy. Help!!!

.I met a married man on the net, a very religious married man and we became friends 8 yrs ago. We cliked immediately and spent a lot of times playing games online etc..and talking in Ims. I fell for him in a big way and he knew it and he fell for me too but we are both married so we kept it friends only. I would give him advice to help him in his marriage and he would do the same for me and both of s just wanted the other to be happy in our marriages. Things crashed around the same time for both of us in our marriages and we discussed meeting. before I met him we discussed the what if we fool around question...I was very worried that if we kissed or more he would regret it and we would not be friends anymore.he assured me that he would be fine with it even though I told him no sex because I know he would regret cheating ....We met it was beautiful we made out afterwards he asked me to marry him then no word for 6 months ..What do I do now?

How difficult is it for a woman with ONE kid to find a mate? I've been alone for almost 3 years and while I've made connections with men, they tend to bolt on a serious commitment due to my son. His dad on the other hand can't stop getting women even though he now has 3 kids with 3 women!!!

Are there brave men who aren't afraid of the single mother? And how do I know early on so I don't waste another 3 years on scared men?

I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years and have lived with him for about 2 1/2. Last Christmas I found a bag he uses for work with a couple presents inside. Being the curious type I tried to figure out what they were and it felt like it was lingerie. Christmas came and I never got those presents. I didn't think too much of it anymore until I went in his coat pocket to grab some mints and pulled out a condom instead. I'm on the pill so this didn't make sense. So I checked that bag again and this time the lingerie was there with a whole bunch of condoms and one wrapper was empty. I was leaving for work at 5am so I emailed him about the condom I found in his coat (not mentioning what I found in his bag); his reply was that I was being silly and that his work has millions of them & that they were showing the residents (he's a supervisor for a mental health apt building) how to use them. Doesnt explain the lingerie. Do you think he's lying? My instincts tell me he is; what do I do?

I got out of a very long term relationship w/someone I had plan to marry. I felt I was strung along for too long, to the point where her words didn't coincide with her actions. I know I deserve better but its very rough. I also know it takes time, b/c you need to build a new history to counteract the old history. In the interim, I am scared, but I am forcing myself to interact. I know in time things will get better, but I am having a really hard time right now. I am seeing a therapist. I feel as though I gave so much that I lost my identity and I am trying to do fix myself. But I have no sense of direction on how to do so. For me nothing makes sense b/c I have certain core values and I hate people that do things. I want to hate her, and hurt her the same way she hurt me, but I am fighting so hard to be the bigger person. Sometimes I just want to be "saved". I can't relate with anyone and would like to be able to relate with someone.

hey i'm an asian girl and i dont know much about the customs, especially dating rules here.

a canadian guy asked me to go for coffee this weekend, he said it very casually..and because he is learning chinese and he would like to have my help, then he said: we can have coffee together this friday..blablabla...

the point is..i know he has (or had, im not sure now) a girlfriend..and honestly i have a thing for him..

so i dont know going for coffee is just about two friends hanging out or means more than that?

he asked me out several times before but none of them were actually done..i feel he is weird to me..

perhaps he is just playing around with me or just simple language learning??

my ex bf that be have broken up about 3 years(after one year relationship),he loved me very much he was getting cold and elusive and never told me the reason so I quit and leave but he is still available in my life and it doesn't seem that he decide to leave me alone. in these 3 years without saying anything about start again,but now he innuendo that he like to start again with me,maybe because he find out I may leave here forever and he would miss me forever. but I do know if I should accept it without knowing the reason of 3 years ago,because I dount if he consent to tell me since he hasn't told me before either .should I trust him and be sure he won't do this again as he promise me? or I should insist that he tell me the reasons of past?

i love it! but he doesn't!!! I do not understand this logic! To me, "hanging out" in bed is something i could do any time of day, for AGES, and not get sick of it. whereas, if it's not morning or night, he doesn't want to be in bed. Why not?!?! What do u think bout this?

My boyfriend of 8 months has a best friend, who is a female, of about 10 years. Due to financial struggles, he and I are currently living together and we dont have many issues except that he talks to his friend very frequently on the phone. They talk about every other day sometimes twice in the same day, from about 30 minutes to an hour. I have told him that I dont have a problem with him having females friends but I feel uncomfortable with them talking so frequently and asked if they could tone it down and talk when I am not around. He accuses me of not wanting him to have any female friends and that I want 100% of his attention. He also says that he cant help when she calls and that she calls when I am around because of her schedule and the 3 hour time difference. I just want to know if I am being unreasonable with my requests.

...all your answers are great and helpful and I appreciate them immensely.

Here are some of our problems that I should have outlined before:

1. We live in a country foreign to us. She speaks the language fluently as we've been here for 10 years, but she still feels (and looks) different.
2. Her father and I divorced when she was a baby, and she's had almost no contact with him since.
3. There are no homeless shelters here and when I called the local pensioners' home to volunteer I was flatly rejected. (It seems the paid workers do not want volunteers as they might do a better job and get their positions).

This is a country where most, if not all, the children are spoiled and not even reprimanded until the age of 10 for any wrong-doing. This goes against my beliefs, but she sees the way her friends are treated (like princes) at home, so she expects it from us.

I have her in counseling because of these issues and her problems with anger.

I could go on...but I wont! LOL

my daughter is 10 and she gets out of control over silly things like not getting her own way. she wrecks her bedroom ,she cut her curtains cos she was grounded. she used to run out of the house when she got into trouble for her anger. she can be loving,generous and kind and so helpful,then one thing goes wrong or someone says something and she changes into a wild person where should i go to get her help?
