I think that you should search in your home or close by. You might discover persons with charismatic personality in yahoo answers. But what if you really need that friend close by to give you an hug so that you will feel a bit better.
I hope you will find a good friend soon. Just a tip: ask yourself this question: Am i ready to be someones friend? If your answer is yes, then be the best friend anyone could ask for.

We all need good friends that will always be there for us. It takes time to build those type of relationships. Try being the kind of friend you'd like for someone else.

Ask yourself how many friends do you have that would help you move? I use that as the ultimate question. I probably have 8 friends that would help me move. these are the closest friends. Be that kind of a friend for someone else and you'll start to attain close friends.

You have to be one before you can expect someone else to be one for you. This means that you don't talk behind their back, you keep confidential things to yourself and do not betray the trust you are given. EVER! On top of this you will be supportive and work at making your life as well as theirs more interesting.
