I have this Maria she's like weird.
She lurks behind corners and follows me its creepy. She even find my house, welll she does live right next door.

Invite the girl to your house to watch a movie and eat popcorn. Let her talk all she wants and do whatever she wants, just deal with it until the end of the movie.
At the end of the movie, sit down and talk to her. You do the talking, she does the listening. Make sure she is actually listening. And, in a calm friendly tone say something like this:
"I really liked the movie, and I like hanging out with you. But, I can't do this all the time. I have school, homework, family, and other friends and I can't always be around you all the time. Sure, maybe once or twice a month we can have a day like this, but not everyday. Since I have such a busy schedule right now, I'll call you the next time we can meet. I need to find an opening in my schedule. Wait until I call you before you come over and we have a day like this again."
You can choose if you want to call her or not.

Well I think that if she is lurking around and following you she is probably someone who doesn't have a lot of friends and is socially inept. She is probably lonely and doesn't know how to be a friend.
If you feel you can handle it I would try to sit her down and just be very honest with her. Yes it is easier to just avoid her, but if you can work it through with her you might just gain a really good loyal friend.
But obviously this is not the easy route by any stretch of the imagination.

LOL I hate this maria, shes like weird. Great sentence right there. I would string one of those can telephones to her house and be like "Ps...NEVER TALK TO ME AGAIN" and then snip the wire.

Try going to her mom and saying something like... I want to be friends with her, but it seems like she wants to be with me all the time and i don't want her to be around me all the time. Or tell your mom that you think she is creepy and see if your mom will have he back off.

let her know that her behavior is not cool and that if it continues you can not be her friend. If you dont want to hurt her feelings write her a letter or send an email
