i am mixed myself of russian and european descent such as irish, english, italian, spanish and some other stuff. Anyway i have dated so many different races and mainly women that are mixed as well. Three years ago i dated my first black woman and she was dark complected and this was different for me im not use to getting weird looks and people talking behind our back. A few people would say you make a great couple but mainly your thuggish looking individuals would start problems even almost a fight a few times. I have also dated light skinned and medium skinned black women with no problems only compliments. I guess the question is why does society not accept it when a man of a different race dates a dark skinned black women but accepts it when she is light or medium skinned? unless this is just in my case? anybody else encounter the same problems?

I've been with the same man for 15+ yrs. Within the last 1 1/2 yrs. we've had alot of problems. We have 4 children and I don't have anyone to help, as far as family. He says I put him in misery, and at times I am there, too. The kids have seen alot of fighting and hurt, but I don't know if I should leave....even though hubby tells me to get out. I like the comfort of having my kids happy, but I hate the tension and lack of respect and care. I think we are more like roommates than anything else. He can't deal with ghosts from the past, and I can't convince him that I know I made mistakes, and feel sorry. There has been alot of fighting and even violence between us.....and still he says I don't know what it's like to hurt. My mistakes happened long before our kids were born, so I don't want them to pay a price for me. They have already seen and heard too much. I just don't know what to do. The clincher here, is that hubby wants me to leave, but he still wants to go out w/ me.

How do i get someones attention when they said we are not compatable, because i wasnt being myself. i wasnt being an outgoing, talkative, conversating type of person which thats what they like, which this is how i am normally. But i really liked this person and when im around them my mind goes blank and i freeze up. So thats why it seemed like i was quiet, i was being nervous around them, now they are not interested in me any more because i didnt open up. no what should i do to win them back and show them who i really am

My wife seems so scared of love. I know she loves me to death but every time I get upset at her or need some time alone she freaks out. She then goes to extremes and proclaims “I don’t love her. I don’t spend enough time with her”. It’s like she doesn’t understand that if I’m upset or just want to do something by myself it doesn’t mean I’m going to drift apart from her(I very rarely do things without her). Her extremes are really extreme like threatening divorce and stuff because I think she’s afraid I’m going to leave her or that I don’t love her if I get upset and need time to sort things out. She knows I’m also a good man but I think she always cuts me down to try and downplay me so that it will be easier for her to leave one day even though she knows out of all the people she’s been with (including 3 fiances), I’m the one that sticks around and actually loves her. It’s like she’s been hurt so many times she thinks in her head “Oh he’s just like the rest. Either he’s going to stop loving me or he’s going to leave. I don’t want to be stupid so I’m going to start thinking he’s not good enough and he’s treating me just like the rest. I’m smarter than this and I know his game”. It’s frustrating as heck because I love the girl with all my heart. I just think she’s going to leave because of all the crap she has floating around in her head instead of seeing what’s real. Do women like this ever stick around? Seems like they keep running from romantic relationship to relationship and once the high wears out, they bolt and think you don’t love them. If you’ve married someone like this, did it last? Did they ever eventually trust and believe how much you loved them?

What does that limit? How frequently we hang out? Cause we hang out probably 4 nights a week and I practically live at his house on the weekends. We are intimate, we've known eachother for almost 5 years, seeing each other on & off for 4 of those, we're taking a week long vacation together next month, and last night we officially became a monogomous/ exculsive couple.

But what limitiations does SLOW describe? Because from what signs I'm seeing, I'm confused!!!??!?!?!

I'm a Uni Student, savings whipped out cos cheated in car scam. Paying off car loan and maintenance using credit [obtained before entering uni] and wife's salary. Staying in her home with parents-in-law for food and pocket $$. Also not to ask $$ from own parents. Now my own younger Brother (working and just got bonus, staying with parents) asking $$ to contribute for family's CNY w/o any words of concerns of my plight. Elder brother working overseas. Although have not contributed to family but didn't take $$ including school fees from family either since NS. What should i do?

I have not worked in 2 years and will probably go back later this year. My husband works and we have 4 children ( 13, 13, 15, 17). I am trying to figure out if going back full time makes sense or if I can work part time. I just can't figure out what will happen to us with taxes.

Here's the deal: I have a boyfriend whom I love very much. He is in Marine Basic Training, and won't be back until March. I also have a crush on 2 guys who are good friends with me and with each other. They are both cute, smart, and nice. And they both like me.
I write my boyfriend every week, so he knows I like the 2 guys, and that the 2 guys like me. They both know that the other likes me too, and that I like them, so there aren't any secrets really.
I feel really bad though. I am NOT going to cheat on my boyfriend while he is gone, but I can't help FEELING the way that I do about those 2 guys.
I'm afraid that I'm going to fall in love with the guys, or that they will fall in love with me. I love my boyfriend, but he is far from me now, and I see these guys everyday;so whether I want to or not, with these kinds of circumstances, it's only natural that my heart is going to get more attached to these guys....
I'm also afraid that the guys will lose their friendship over me.
HELP!

My g/f has gymnastics meets like crazy during feb. Well she asked me to come to regionals and state. So I said yes.
well last night after practice I went to the rest of her meet and she broke her ankle. I carried her to the trainer and now all my friends are calling me whipped.
I am still a player at heart, but have fallen for her.
Does that make me whipped??

I live with by boyfriend. I am 23 and he is 26. We are both in school. We have known each other for about 4 years and have been dating/living together for 9 months--we even have joint accounts. Before that, we were just friends. Anyway, he tells me that I am the one for him and that we will get married one day...that' s not the problem, but we live like we are married now. We are in grad school, so I don't want to get married yet, becasue it would be easier later for financial reasons, but why do you think he won't propose? Do you think it's still like the old saying 'why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free'? I have a hard time accepting that though, becasue he brought up the getting married idea...I was too afraid to bring it up, for fear that it woudl scare him away. You opinion is greatly appreciated! Have a good day.
