I have heard that colour can alter mood, so they use certain colours in schools to help kids concentrate etc there are calming colours.....so what sort of colours spice up a bedroom huh?

He says he wants to try . he wont leave . he helps in other ways. we love each other. have a family together but no ambition for himself or others low self esteem.no goals at 27!! Is it just a waist of my time. can any one really change for the better? how long should it take? what signs should i look for to know that he is turning around, and what can I do in the meantime???

I really don't know what to do anymore. I still have feelings for my ex-boyfriend but I don't know if it would be a good idea to tell him. When we broke up, we both thought it wasn't working out anymore. I don't know if we just needed a break?? I told him yesterday that I needed to talk to him, so he called me .. but I just couldn't tell him on the phone. This has been bothering me for a long time and I can't stop thinking about him. Maybe it is just part of the process? I know that he's not over it either. This is driving me crazy ...

ok i got this lunch detention once and my mom took every thing out of my room i mean all i had were old old old cloths and a bed and thats it.. and then my brother got suspended and she took him out for lunch and went shopping... and we could do the same thing and i would get in trouble and not my brother,, so is that favortism cuz there is only like 1 year and 1/2 between us.....

I was out last night with work colleagues and a girl who I work with said she wanted to clear the air (I thought everything was ok). She said to me:

She wants us to get on - at work and outside
Told me that I should drop the 'attitude'
She wants to trust me and hopes that I don't back stab her e.g. talk about her behind her back
She wants us to get to know each other better

When we're alone we find it difficult to talk to each other and it goes silent ASAP.(happened today at work!)

Each time we talk, I find it more uncomfortable/difficult as I don't know what to say!She's asked if I'd go to her birthday bash in a few weeks - I don't know what to say???

Why did she feel the need to 'clear the air'???
Suggestions on how to deal with this???

p.s. she has a Boyfriend of 2 years.Colleagues say we have a love/hate WORK relationship and that we do flirt with each other-but it don't mean nothing!

Says she don't do 1 night stands - I don't believe she fancies me.........

Ok here resentley I met up with my ex. whom I have know for about 3 years.People are always judging our age diffrence and how we met at church..I really like him and he's the sweetest person ever,I care alot about him...and most people say he is just with you for sex but he isnt,We havent even talked about it..But his parents just dont see eye to eye...Should I wait till I graduate to talk to him or just go ahead?

I am my liar girl has gotten into an interesting pattern. or should I say cycle. and this is how it goes
me; "did you do xyz?"
girl; "why are you asking me if I did xyz; are you asking me if i did xyz because you did xyz. if you did xyx just own up now. because this question doesn't make any sense."
( she will throw a tantrum, get all bent out of shape, and finally hit the roof)
me; "no I didn't do xyz. but I have a strong suspicion that you did xyz that's why I am asking. so.just answer yes or no to the question"
girl; She looks me straight into the eye "no I didn't do xyz" ( a lie)
me; "if you didn't do xyz, how come abc is showing that you did xyz?"
girl; Pause for a minute, think about it. storm out of the room.She starts thinking "mmmh how could he have known this; did he talk to somebody?, did he go through my stuff? did he tap my phone? did he break into my email? should I tell him the truth or should I keep lying unitl i am blue in the face?"
me; confused, infuriated, down in the the dumps with anger.
girl;go through her stuff , review her records, then 2 hours later " Yes I did XYZ , I am sorry I lied"
me; "but why did you do XYZ?"
girl ; "because of efgh" ( another lie)
So the cycle repeats itself again

I've been seeing this guy for over six months. Hes almost thirty, and I'm in my very early 20's. We've been spending time together, and he tells me hes crazy about me, but that hes not ready for a relationship. Over a year ago, he was in a six year relationship, in which the girl apparently had issues (with depression), cheated on him sometimes, and eventually left him abruptly. I like him so much, but hes so bitter with life... I just want to know whether its possible that he's genuinely scared, or am I not ever going to be the girl he wants a relationship with? I really feel that he still has feelings for that girl. I told him maybe we should just be friends, but now i'm just really sad. What should I say to him to find out whether he really wants to be with me?

I am married, but had a boyfriend who I was head over hills, after 5 months. I got a apartment paid a deposit prior to that he said I was taking to long. He just stop calling, about a month later he called my cellular phone and came out to my job asking if I stilled loved him. proir to him stop calling his mom called me asked me what happened and told me he had brought a lady my her house
So they end up getting a apartment having a baby now he is not with her. his mom keeps calling me telling me what is going on
can she be truthful. telling me he has bought a home, why is this my concern, for what reason she keeps calling and keeping me inform. She keep saying things like well he asked about you for the first time like if it was her she would have paid for it
I used to hear from him but it has been over a year now or do you think his mother is keeping him up, which she say she is not
he even told me to stop calling his mom, which I did and I told her
but she stills call me.

This girl i used to work with is cheating on her boyfriend of 5 years with me. I don't really know how it came about, but i've been seeing her now secretly for nearly 5 months. I still cant work out though why she is cheating on this guy with me - sure I enjoy it, but to me it's just a bit of fun. ok.
so i am a girl, then about 6 months ago my mates got me together with this guy who i realy didnt love. but he 'Loved' me. well i hung around with him for a while, but felt like a dork because i realy had no emotions for him what-so-ever.
eventually i let him go, and i think he has moved on to another girl, so i should be happy, because he was a bit OTT about me, for some reason.
but recently i cant stop thinking about him! but im sure i dont love him! also i havent a chance in hell with him again and i realy dont want him... i dont want him because i find him boring an arrogant. hes just not for me - so why cant i get him out of my head?

any ideas? am i just a stupid girl?

WHAT do i do......should i forgive him?
hes fine now and hes being genuine and i think hes realised his mistake but i just cant let go of the fact that for 3 months he was being a ******** towards me [ on and off] and he admitted that becasue he had only recently started work and he became friends with all of them and they all went out sunday nights and he got into the habit of not seeing me and spending more time with his mates which included girls and guys....he swore to me that he didnt fancy anyone it was purely that because he had spent literally 2 years with only me and he didnt have a job now that hes got a job he liked spending time with mates too and it became a habit and thats why he started acting rudely to me at time and being bascially a dikhead with his behaviour
and well hes realised now becasue i left him 3 weeks ago and hes been crying and in a state and has said sorry and that he will never do it again and that hes back to normal with me.....
what shall i do...ive been thru enough.....any advice...xx

There is this guy that I like a lot. Only two problems. First off, he lives in a different town so i don't get to hang out with him very often, but when we do we have so much fun. We still talk, even when we aren't hanging out, over the phone, aim, etc. Second off, I don't know if he likes me the same way. I think I see signs that he likes me, but I mite just see them b/c I want him to like me. When we do hang out, we usually hang out with other friends, too. We will go to the mall or the movies, etc. I have caught him looking at me, and then he would quickly look away. He would walk real close to me- bumping into me several times. If I go outside when we are waiting for a ride home from the movies (b/c I am hot, etc.), he would follow me outside, even though everyon else was staying in. When we talk it is either flirty-make-fun-of-eachother-t... or serious stuff, like stuff you don't tell just anyone. So am I seeing things that aren't there? Should i tell him I how I feel?

It's been 9 days since he's taken a shower. We've had this discussion before and about a year ago, he promised he'd take showers at least every other day. He drives a tractor trailer and is home nights and weekends but he only sleeps about 4 hours a night on weeknights and then sleeps a lot of the night and day on the weekends. He gets home around 5pm to 7pm on weeknights but stays up to watch TV until 11:30 to midnight. He gets angry at me if I mention showers or sleep. He acts like I'm the one with the problem. When we got married he took showers every day. Is there any good solution?

I was teased through high school and now that I am out and a sophomore in college, I get asked out (i didnt in high school), get told I am pretty and have a cute personality (dont know if thats a good thing?) but I dont see it.
