He buys me great presents...but it means nothing because he buys them for many people, and he has plenty of money..he could buy anything and never miss the money...he says he loves me {we are married}...but I don't feel it. He never seems interested in anything I do or say...unless it is something BAD that he can taunt me with, ne never has givin me compliments...about anything ...twice since we met when we were early twenties now were early fiftys....I got so fed up with his complaining ive got a second home i run to when he begins to make me miserable ...when i tell him i cant go on like this ...and that im unhappy ...he says well it must be your own fault because IM HAPPY.....what I have finnally come to realize is ..he only cares for himself and no matter what i do no matter how good I do ...I am never ever going to get approval or even credit from him ever..isaid all this tohisface..he knows how he is hurting me.

ladies: help me on this one....i came across some pictures in my husband drawers...one which he has with this woman i know (who has a history of sleeping around)both of them has they hands around each other waist with this micro mini skirt on where you can see the black of her cheeks....(a pose me and him would take) at his sister house in ... now i feel betrayed by my husband and this woman and his sister which at one time we were close what shall i do? Im in college and have a boyfriend. The problem is I don't know how really feel about him. At times I actually think I love him but there are those other times when I ask myself why i'm with him. Its weird because he's the youngest guy I've ever been with and I think he's a little immature but I normally overlook that. I know he loves me but he just does not mean 'that' much to me. My friends say I should give it time but now I'm at my wits end. I don't want to hurt him but he just isn't my ideal guy. Should I go along with it till I get redemption or should I break up with him? (I really didn't want to break his heart :( )

My work is associated with east African countries, mostly Kenya and Ethiopia.
I just got back from Ethiopia with the weirdest encounter of my life, which changed my previous sympathy for the country.
It all started with me and my co-worker as we visited the Lake Tana that’s the origin of Nile River in Ethiopia. There on the lake were these poor Ethiopians trying to fish while we sow one man dropping bunch of fishes, crabs, shrimps and lobsters, etc..back to the lake, I asked him why he was doing that, he looked at me with surprise and asked with broken English what else he could do with them. I told him why couldn’t he eat them or give them to other people, he shouted out, how people could eat such things and left immediately. We were both so surprise, imagine how shrimps and crabs can’t be eaten and the weird part is, they are Ethiopians always suffering with hunger and famine.
After we encounter this we tried to show to the local people how to eat, shrimps, crabs and different kinds of fish as they only eat one type of fish , we cooked and tried to give them to taste, some of them were actually vomiting for just watching us eat and none of them dare to try, my friend was laughing at their stupidity but I was actually offended and the worst part is not just sea foods that they don’t know how to eat, we found out there are many types vegetables that they don’t know how to eat specially mushroom they call it “ umbrella of hyena” and children play with is everywhere on the street , but no one use them as food, my general encounter is that poverty is both mental and physical in Ethiopia and they are the poorest and the most proudest people I have ever seen.
Can you imagine, they think eating pork is disobeying God?
Anyway Kenya is relatively better, actually they are growing economically better than Ethiopians, and they know mushrooms, sea foods and pork are for food. My friend and I now working on project to teach Ethiopians what to eat hopefully we can get somewhere, anyone who read this can give me idea to include in the project

We are real friends and I told him I didn't know how to do with him and another guy I like so I was returning back to America. I gave him some drama but he always said he could never be angry at me..he would read my sms messages but not answer me..and he told me I could call him before I left so I called but he liked disappeared. So then I left and still sent him messages and when I tried to call him someone answered but didn't say anything I just wanted him to say goodbye to me but he won't. Before in IM he would always ask me where are you? So I think he does care if I leave. I don't understand...I feel sad. (He is a nice guy and wasn't after sex or has a GF.)

I'm a muxlim guy age 23, currently doing undergraduate, i started seeing this girl from scotland since the beginning of last year, we broke up 2 months back, we were going strong and had a lot of things in our minds for our future....but something along the way went wrong n things got worse between us...we quarelled more often n fought for stupid things.....the break up decision was actually her...i just told her i'm cool..if she didnt feel it was going the right way i wouldnt hold her back....i would let her go....i tried to be friends with her which i didnt want to be at first coz its not easy....but she just hates for everything as if it was all my fault...we dont talk, see each other neither try to know how we r doing n all.....i've deleted all her contact infos....n have recently heard that she's been hanging out with her ex bf whom she hated like anything for his psychotic behavior...i have no idea why would she get close to him again...i'm dealing with a lot of confusion now

I would like each of my boys to get something for the new couple. The bride has been their baby sitter since they were born. The boys are now 10, 8, and 5. They love her dearly and the wedding is a very exciting day for all 3. We have known the family for at least 12 years and want to get them somethign nice, but not spend a fortune, since we are already paying for 3 identical little tuxes. Thanks for any help!

Hi.
I am a nanny for the most wonderful family.
However, I am interessted in moving back to my hometown to be closer to MY family and continue my education. I am very upset and nervous about giving my notice.
I have been with them for three years and love them all very much. i am planning on giving them 2 months notice. I am worried about a few things:
1.Letting them down
2.Awkwardness between us
3.well being of the girls(age 4 and 7)
4.when is the best time to tell them? Is this enough time for them to find a replacement?do I tell them with the children around?

I would appreciate any sort of information/encouragement.

I came to know this guy for a year and it's only recently that we're on quite close terms. I mentioned about him briefly to my friends (who sadly, happened to be gossipers) and they started spreading rumors about me and him to his girlfriend. I heard that they just broke up a week ago, however the girlfriend now is pushing all the blame to me. I admit that I got a small crush on him, but this isn't a valid excuse to blame me. She is also hurting me indirectly by gossiping with my friends saying mean things about me.I feel I shouldn't medle too much in other people's affair, but it seems like I can't. It feels like I'm invoved. Please help!

I am getting married in Jamaica, and interested in some ideas for wedding favours. As our guest will be spending over £1000 to come to our wedding we want to give them wedding favours that they can keep and use!

Besides the wedding reception will be having a BBQ on the beach with a steel band to thank them all for coming, which is costing an extra £800, so I wasn't looking to spend a great deal of money on the favours.

Any ideas that tie in with an exotic beach wedding would be great or something unique or unusual would be helpful.
We would also need favours for children, maybe something to keep them occupied and that they can play with?!

Any comments on wedding favours that you found the best and worst from weddings you have attend would also be very useful.

Iv been going out with my girlfriend for two years it has been the best relationship both of us have ever had until recently when I found out she had lied to me about something which I didn’t expect from her as I have always been honest with her throw out the relationship, anyway I took being lied to really bad a dumped her and wouldn’t talk two her for two days finally when I calmed down I lisent to her storey and told her that it was ok and I would forget about it. the day after we went for lunch and went back to her house after I had a feeling there was something wrong with her so I kept asking if she was ok she said she didn’t feel the same about me and wanted a break two figure out how she feels about us so I tried to give her some space but she called me the next day and stated telling me that she still loved me so I ask if she was ok now an if she needed any more time she said yes which I didn’t really understand so I asked her why she needed more time she said she didn’t know. What I’m thinking now is she may be testing me or getting me back at me for dumping her for lying and I don’t think I deserve it. what should I do I’m really confused? What should I do?
