Flirting isn't for guys.
What you want to do is act SLIGHTLY interested.
When she finally comes up to you to start a friendly conversation (could be days, weeks later) go with it calmly and then ask her to go to a movie.
The trick is to let her decide how fast the river goes. Don't push it. And for god's sake don't slobber on her.

Get to know her first

I don't know a surefire way to flirt with girls but just remember to be there for her. If you're with her and support her in her times of trouble she'll remember those times and probably will eventually like you back. I hope this has helped!
