why do u look out for people, but after that situation works out in thier favor, they seem like they forgot about that fact that it was YOU lookin out for them?

As long as you know what you did for them, that's all the matters. Don't always been looking for gratification...people don't always see it the same way we do. Let it go and be glad in knowing that you did your best.

Thats what we called fact of life, these kinda things, we have to be honest and willingly give away. The help that we give or the favor have to be sincere no feeling attached later on. That we dont have to think or look for it later. The helping is for real not for infavor later on. Thats you going to be so happy doing it.

This what is known as acquaintances. FRIENDS will never forget. People use the term friends too liberally. Plus I agree with all the others. Insensitive, idiots, etc.
