Hi Sheetal

It seems such a strange thing to ask!.. people are people & regardless of race we all have the same needs
I live in London England which is a huge multi-cultural society & to ask if something so normal as different race couples etc. is 'acceptable' means that you are not in control of our own thoughts on the subject, you seem to have been conditioned by an older 'racist' generation with biased opinions as to their faulty ways of thinking if they consider it unacceptable.
After all it is your life, & your choices what should matter to you, so when chosing a partner to have sex, race is not a 'thing' that should enter your head, you should be concentrating on the person & not their race.
You should definately not be worried about what anyone else might think.
Take control of your own life & be your own 'peer' with your own views
Get out from under & join the real world more, start asking yourself what is acceptable to you.

Why should it matter? Your partner is human, you are human. Race shouldn't be a factor in what you do. If you like the person and have enough trust in him, go for it.

Some peers, think that you should 'stay in the same race' and you should be with people in the same race. They call it tradition - I call it racism. It is the same sort of thinking that brought up the haloucaust by Hitler during WW2.

We are living in an age of equality. Thinking like that is purely injustice and wrong. The mere thought of it makes my blood boil.

However, your peers are entitled to their views, you are entitled to your's , I am also entitled to mine. What you think is your opinion and no one can change that except yourself.

who cares about your peers opinions of who you fall in love with, especially if the person's decent enough, it dosen't matter about skin colour or beliefs as there is only one race on this planet and that is the HUMAN race. if your peers are true friends, then they will accept you for you, regardless off who you share your bed with, i understand that friends like too look out for you and like to protect their friends from getting hurt by the wrong type of person, but at the end of the day, it's not upto them to decide the love lives of their social circle.

Does it really matter what your peers think about who you are having sex with? Isn't that meant to be between the two of you?

I am mixed race so I'm all for it. My daughter is also of mixed parents. Most people can trace themselves back to other countries if they look back far enough 12 degrees of separation so aren't we all mixed race anyway?

Your peers should not influence your attraction for someone else. Get it on!

The race of the person has nothing to do with the quality of that person. There are still some people I know that worry about race but they are a dying breed.

They're 2 PEOPLE. That's it. Race isn't an issue when it comes to love or attraction.

Where I am it is so acceptable I would never think about it or think to comment on it.
It's a total non-issue
