I was teased through high school and now that I am out and a sophomore in college, I get asked out (i didnt in high school), get told I am pretty and have a cute personality (dont know if thats a good thing?) but I dont see it. I see an ugly girl. I am 5'4 115 pounds, green eyes, brown hair and tan. I just dont consider myself pretty so it shocks me when I hear it.

You need to work on your self-esteem. High school can be a very rough time for a lot of people. Just because you didn't get asked out in high school doesn't mean you weren't "attractive".
Just because you look in the mirror and see an "ugly girl", doesn't mean that's what other people see. You have no reason to be "shocked", but you do need to get some help to work through your poor self-image.

It's your combination. Sounds really good to probably about 90% of guys out there, especially your height and size (and the rest of it!) with personality. If you have a confident streak along with your cute personality you're probably a man killer and don't know it! Btw, I hear even supermodels aren't always sure they're attractive, so you sound completely normal. Really I would bet you are not even remotely unattractive.

It's because you are still seeing that girl in high school when you look in your mirror. It's time to find some confidence to go with growing into your looks. You are different now and what was always inside is now showing on the outside. Be proud of that.

Low self esteem, or depression, or a dysphmoric body image or some form being out of touch with who you will often lead you see only the negative. Consider a bit of therapy.

because of high school teasing you have low self esteem. take a chance on a date, and listen to these new people I'm sure they do see that you are pretty. you may want to speak to a councilor to help you work on the self esteem issues.

maybe you see the person you were in high school you don't think about like your in college like your a big shot and girls like you from what your describing you hot kinda short but not to bad so just next tI'me you look in the mirror think im a big shot lol that sounds bad but just do it you might find that you are who other people think you are
