It's kind of bothering, they just stop talking to me for some reason. Don't know why, probably because Im shy so for me it makes it harder but they never tried they where also kind of shy. We never share anything interesting. But everytime I see them in the halls, it just feels weird because I don't know why they would just stop talking to me for no reason. So that is why it is bothering me. What can I do?

I just started going out some smeone else Jan. 18. I really like him but whenever i'm not with him I start thinking of my ex I know that i'm over him. my friends keep tryna say i'm not but i know i am. I don't want to keep thinking about him if i'm going with someone else cuz thats not right. And I know if he was thinking about his ex i would get mad. So how do i stop getting these feelings?

I am 32. He is 53, handsome, succesful, funny, charming. He married once a model from switzerland after 2 years of long disttance relationship. He DIVORCED after 10 days. He told me he could not take it.
We have known each other for almost 2 years (friends) but i was always taken until now. He completely showed interest in me from the second moment we see each other.
We have interests in common. It seems as he likes me very much. And we are certainly emotionally involved, but i am not sure if it is a good idea to believe him. We live close. We take art lessons together. But he confessed that he is in a long-distance relationship with this 27 years old New Yorker for over a year. They see each other every 3 weeks. But keeps on telling that is only a long distance relationship and that he wants to start dating me. However, for his characteristics everything sounds like he is the typical "fear of commitment" guy. BUT DAMN, I LIKE HIM. What do you think i should do?

my dad was an *** my whole life to me not physically (only when i was 6 mtnhs he slapped me for not finishing my food) he's not really mean anymore and he's doing his mr. nice guy act to get my mom back (we moved out) and my mom being those gullible oh i'm lonely and want a husband type of woman is going back (even though he controls her and my & my bro and she says she doesn't love him and really never will be tht happy w/ him)........... i hope he's mean to her again so she'll come back and hopefully just hopefully she'll never go back again i know tht's mean but i tht's how i feel.....i'm happy though she's now letting me live w/ my grandma when she goes bak but it's still not the same....and he goes there everyday......yea my extended famly likes him knowing how he treated us men can get away w/ **** in our culture.....if you want more info on how he was look at my other questions (he lyk emotionally abusive alwasy yelling & ****)

He asked me out a couple weeks ago, and we really like eachother... my friends found out we are going out, and he doesn't want anyone to know. His friends haven't even figured it out yet, but they have a clue. So, why doesn't he want anyone to know? He doesnt have another gf, cuz (people think he's SO not hot) and I'm going out with him cuz of his personality. And he hasn't been talking 2 me lately. We are kinda shy, but I think he's mad cuz some people found out already. He says,"I'm not mad, I think you're really nice and I really like you." I can tell he cares enough to not be a jerk. And my friends say that he talks about me a lot. So why isnt he talking 2 me? We talk sometimes, but idk.

I have been really depressed and under a great deal of stress and my mother in law said she wouldn't help me. No reason except that she doesn't want to. I asked her 3 times when I needed help during 3 times DESPERATLY. One time it was because she wanted to eat lunch with her friends. Now I don't expect her to drop everything but she has never come over to my house to help me ever or even ever come over to visit. She expects us to go see her.
Also, I have no family at all and my friends all work so the only person I have is her.
Would you be upset or no?

Do you feel that it was disrespectful to me to allow this to happen?
She has no intentions of leaving, and now his parents are angry with me for expecting her to seek other living arrangements.
My boyfriend and I live 4 blocks away, and we have always taken care of his parents.
Now she has replaced me in this, although the time when she WAS his girlfriend, she never paid any attention to them whatsoever!
I don't feel comfortable even going over there.
I cannot ask him to stop caring for his parents, I never would, but she is eating this situation up, while attempting to win him back.
And when this offends me, I am afraid I look shallow and insecure, which I am niether, normally.

I admit I did not live a happy life but did quite well so far. I survived two marriages and was left alone with a boy of 5. Have no phisical and/or financial problems but I get deeply depressed especialy when my son goes off to see her mother once a week. At such times I beg for a sudden heart attack to disappear without causing a mess. I have all but I don't know how to cope with my loneliness. Additionally I lost my confidence in women and feel nothing towards a new venture with the other sex.
