Would you divorce your husband if he cheated on you and now is serving time in jail for 7 years for selling drugs? Christians what would you do?

My friend left home at 15 y/o to live in a womens refuge because her mother is an undiagnosed paranoid schizophreniac. Her mother has been making her life hell the last 10 years and now with the birth of her child her mother wants access to him. Understandably my friend wants her son to have no communication with to its grandmother. What rights does my friend have to keep her child away? Does she have to spend thousands of $$$ to keep her child safe?

I'm heart broken.
and im begining to loose faith that she will come, i am 17 but i know what love is. and im talking with the adults that know what it is. not other kids. I am really scared that it won't happen to me. My question is if i'm doing everything right and wanting a family someday, you think she will come bye? or do you think i'd be single all my life.. im just so scared that i would be single...

nothing ever happens. given love, but then she got too much out of it, now with other guys. like i just get a taste of it until something happens. i have plenty confidence and okay looks and awsome personallity and im not like one that a punk or leader in a group. i can be a leader but im not. im more of a quiet respectable guy really. so whats going on?

My boyfriend and I are supposed to be in a serious relationship. (Weve talked about marriage and all that jazz). But I am concerened because he hates to talk about his past. I mean he'll answer a direction question (with as few details as possible) but has never opened up to me about anything. I wonder if I should just let it go or is this a bad sign?

So many teens (and younger) are roaming around without adults around. It seems parents think that having a cell phone replaces having and adult around. I wonder if this is a good idea.

Who's better?
Kevin is majoring in science, tall, golden curly hair, and brown eyes. Seemingly serious but laughs when around those he knows. However, has a temper sometimes and can be exceedingly rude and cold to others he doesn't know very well.
Douglas is of medium height, has light blue eyes and silver blonde hair, studying to be a lawyer, deeply into politics, although he is not very good at mathematics. Quiet, but very polite and cordial under first impression.
I'm a bit flattered and surprised, but both of these friends asked me out. Who would you choose?

His response was basically "I have no reason to contact anyone that hasn't been in my life for 21 yrs". My family was very hurt after thinking that we would meet him after me e-mailing him. Two points I need help with:

1. Why do all of you girls, no matter how much you like a guy, never make the first move? Is the fear of rejection that terrifying? You want the guy to know how important he is to you, yet you don't think he is worth the risk. Real nice.

2. Why must you keep aksing questions such as, "How do I ask him out?," "Howe do I know if a guy likes me?" Do you girls really think there is some big "Secret" to it, or a magic trick oyu can do? ASK HIM ALREADY! Go on a date! Hell, you girls seem to think asking a guy for a night of dinner and maybe some hanging out/movie means your asking him for a steady relationship. A date is not the same as going steady. Hell, most guys will at least give you a try if they even remotely like you, so take your opportunity, get a free dinner and movie, and if you really like him, do it again a few times, and maybe get laid.

Quit acting like dating is some scary monster. IT is meant to be FUN.

He was hitting on other girls, drunk, angry, screaming and acting like an idiot punching my dashboard, but he thinks that fact that he was drunk makes it all better. He says I over reacted and should understand that when he gets drunk he gets out of control. I have no desire to go back to him, but how does he think his being drunk justifies him acting like an idiot.

My grown children, have not cared for one boyfriend that I had after my marriage broke up, and even stopped speaking to me for a few years because they did not agree. We were doing no harm to them. They watch me like a hawk, and are questioning my own private time, if I am 'busy' sometimes. I feel I have a right to my own private life, and do not involve them in that part, as it clearly is too upsetting for them, and they do not agree with my choices. I am still there for all of them, and still their Mom. Do I not have the rights or am I wrong? I am not sure how to handle this situation. I feel I should be able to see whom I choose to, and not have to answer to them. I respect them in every way. Help?
