You should definitly tell them at some point. Preferably as soon as it starts to get serious.
At that point, you should know a little about the guy to judge how he'd react. If he's the right guy for you, then he'll probably be a little upset, but will realize that you're a special person and will get over it.

I think it is best for everyone to be upfront and honest. If they find out another way (and they probably will) they will be alot more angry than if you told them in advance. This is a tough situation, as I am sure you will experience quite a bit of shock and rejection, but eventually there will be some man who wont drop his jaw on the plate and will take the time to get to know you as you are now instead of who you used to be. That guy, he is a keeper. Stay strong and best wishes to you.

eventually yes.... becuase in a relationship people have the right to know the important aspcects of eachother's pasts.... you would tell your partenr your sexual history and past and this is an important aspect.. you don't have to tell it ont eh first adn second date but I would before you sleep with eachother..
if someone you were dating withheld that important information you would feel like you couldn't trust them right? this is an important aspect of your life, and like it or not it always will be, in order to build the intimacy needed in a realtionship you really shoudl
good luck !

Yes. But unless your surgery was extremely good, you probably won't have to tell them. They'll already know it.

the earlier you tell them, the easier it will be on the both of you..before either of you gets really attached.
