just knowing you thought about her should make her feel good. but think of what she likes and get her somthing related to that so she knows that you know more about her than her name.

hi .. Well depends on what she likes :) and how old you are :) If ur over 18 and have the cash how about a nice massage for her then a lovely dinner out.. with a single red rose for her :)
if ur under 18 then hmmmm how bout a movie she has been dying to see :) followed by a nice friendship ring ( if ur that serious) and a single red rose :)

Anything for Valentine's day is good. A card with a sweet message and roses says it all, maybe balloons, maybe treat her to a nice dinner, give her roses, and don't forget the sweet card. Maybe get her a giagantic teddy bear.
