I live with my man(been withhim for 9years), his sister and now a new house mate has moved in who works with my partner. For a couple of weeks now every night when they get home from work (they work 7am till 11pm) thats all they talk about. My man say hi to me thats about it and when i go to bed he is like i will be in soon but I end up waiting like an hour and I eventually fall asleep? I know he works long hours but should he be a least trying to communicate with me because the hours are driving me nuts!

Ok I been with my bf for about 12 month I love him so much and he always said that he love me and went to send his life with, he once ask me to leave with him, but I want ready and I told him no. anyway he doesn’t have a lot of money and, I make more money then he does, I buy food and cook for him. However we been together for 12 month he bought me gifts twice maybe?? And he never give me anything for my bday we had a fight before my b-day and we make out after 3 days of my b-day that was in July and he said that he had something special for me but I never seen it, he never gave it to me. and a couple month ago his phone broke and he needed a phone and he want the news phone but he couldn’t afford so I gave him money to by him self a phone I gave him $300 and he said that he felt bad buying him self a phone so he went out and bought me a ring. I mean I was mad and happy at the same time because he thinks really he bought that ring for me BUT technically I bought it my self and were ever we go he show please that he got me the ring , but I don’t want to say anything. My point is his b-day is in 2weeks and I don’t want to give him anything, but I feel bad also he is turning 21 and I don’t know what to do? He doesn’t have a bed he just moved to a new apartment u think I should get him a bed for his b-day for like $80. i need advice

I have a friend who most of us would agree has more money than the average person....he meets celebrities...vacations in Jamaica...has his own car....lives in a 5-bedroom home...no student loans because his parents can afford the $21,000 tuition out of their own pockets....

But I hate when he complains about his life.....his car breaking down...his cell phone not working (he got the latest Sprint phone MONTHS before everyone else)....his flat-screen computer not being fast enough....he doesn't realize how good he has it....it's kind of like watching an episode of Laguna Beach everyday when I hang out with him...I really wish he'd stop complaining about his vacations and the celebs he meets....what should I do???

...for MAKING me meet his parents when he knows I didn't want to?

I don't feel comfortable meeting them because we are not supposed to be together in the first place and I want to keep the relationship on the DL.

He told me (after I'm far from home and have no form of transportation) that his parents are ready inside and waiting for us to take them to the store. I was irrate because it seemed so underhand of him not to tell me. AM I WRONG FOR being mad that he would resort to that to get me to meet them? Is he right for being mad at me because I wasn't too happy to meet them?

my mom and dad lived just a few blocks away when they were young and only knew each other through friends when they were 14. they started dating when they were in their 20s. but the thing is my dad used to dislike my mom. funny isn't? now that they are together and have never met each other although they lived in the same estate.

My fiance and I have been going crazy trying to find a wedding topper that expresses one of his personality quirks. We have seen many funny wedding toppers where the bride is pulling the groom away from a BBQ pit, etc. My fiance is a mechanic and he wants to find a wedding cake topper of the bride trying to pull the groom away from a car that he is working on. Question 1:
I have another questiong now, what if I go up to her, and start talking to her, and try to get into a conversation, then I ask her a couple questions like classes, school ect.... What if she only nods and smiles and doesnt continue the conversation. I feel if it goes that way I have to keep the conversation going. What if If I run out of things to say, and it gets all akward?

Question 2:
I have another question, my friend cant stand me talking to girls he doesnt know, so usually while Im talking to a girl he comes in and sits next to me, listens to my conversation, and gets in on it. When I talk to her I just want it to be me and her. So what can I do about that?

Im a 17 year old Junior at my highschool. And Im messing around with this super fine boy that goes here named Darren. Alot of the straight females here say me and Darren are two of the finest boys at our highschool and they are let down that we are gay. They say that if we were straight we'd have any girl in our HS. the other weekend me and my friend went to the movies.then we saw my boyfriends friends.so we get in the movie and byrd(his friend)shows me this text message he had sent him.it said that him or steed(another friend) could have me.so i call him and he was mad so i hung up on him.we worked things out later that night,but then i get another text message saying he wanted to be single for a while but we could still talk,the next i felt really hurt.i get a call that night from him and he said lets get back together and he was an idot.(i agreed)

I like this girl. I asked to copy her lab once, and she once said "'All u do is use me!", but the next day she gave it to me anyway.

Anyway, its been 2 months since I've seen her, and we ran into eachother and talked for 15 minutes. I told her what classes I'm talking, and she said she took one of them last semester. She hinted she has all the exams and stuff... then I said "u gotta hook me up sometime!"

Well, I call her today to ask for her notes, she is going to give me them tomorrow. However, judging by her voice on the phone, she seemed a bit irritated.

What can I do to make it seem like I am not using her (even though I am, sort of). I actually really like her, and want to ask her out!
