I like this guy named Matt but I'm not sure if he likes me. Whenever he sees me he walk in he smiles, then he asks me how I'm doing, then we talk for a bit then he checks me out and yesterday when I walked in he smiled and then as I was leaving he said bye all shy.

Yeah, he probably likes you. He needs one of two things.
1.) A sign
2.) To grow a pair of testicles
Since #2 doesn't seem like it's going to happen any time soon, you'd better give him a sign.
The arm touch is always a good one.

If a guy really likes a girl he makes his intentions perfectly clear. If you have any doubts and it still bothers you, you should maybe ask him out for coffee or dinner. See where things go from there!

Do not read too much into his actions. At times guy do things like that just because they are nice and polite. It does not mean he likes you in any way. The only time that you should believe or buy into that he really likes you is if he comes up and tells you in person himself that he likes you. Until then, just be a cute, sweet, smart, friendly girl that you are to him and let the rest happen naturally.
