I live with my man(been withhim for 9years), his sister and now a new house mate has moved in who works with my partner. For a couple of weeks now every night when they get home from work (they work 7am till 11pm) thats all they talk about. My man say hi to me thats about it and when i go to bed he is like i will be in soon but I end up waiting like an hour and I eventually fall asleep? I know he works long hours but should he be a least trying to communicate with me because the hours are driving me nuts!

I would say yes he's neglecting you. I would have a serious talk with him. Let him know how you feel I mean, you're the girlfriend here, right? What's up with this new house mate taking over too? This person has a lot of nerve what now trying to take over your lives too and your man is not saying nothing. If they just talk then he can spend more time with you. Ya know, communicating with you too!. You deserve better than this ..... If he doesn't meet you half way. Get rid of him or leave him whichever way. It doesn't sound right or normal for that matter.

you should defiantly tell him how your feeling. i think the biggest problem is those other people shouldn't be living with you. home should be an intimate place where you have privacy with your loved ones. it's one thing if his sister needs a place to stay while she's looking for her own place, but having this co worker and his sister permanently living with you takes away from the intimate environment that two people in a serious relationship need. not to mention as you said yourself, it's causing him to bring his work home instead of keeping it at the office where it belongs. i hope things get better for you. good luck :)

What you are neglecting is the truth----why are you in this situation??? Can't you find someone else who isn't doing this stuff??? You don't have a relationship--you have a boarding house----and you should pack up and check out-....People in a relationship don't live like this and don't tell me he loves you or you all can't afford to live any different---too many excuses for what your situation is--a farce. If you stay---you didn't really want to change anything and you wrote to kill time. Good luck

Just sit him down and tell him how you feel.... He probably doesnt even realise he is leaving you out. He is working long hours, but yes he should still be trying to keep in contact with you.

he surely does neglect you...he should not act that way..try to talk to him about it...then come up to a decision.if he still doesnt change the way he is right now, probably he is not in love with you anymore.but dont jump to certain conclusions..maybe he seems so tired from work thats why he seldom talks or be with you...God bless!you then.

He sounds like a workaholic. Try talking to him about it. Tell him how it makes you feel when he comes home and hardly says a word to you. If he doesn't change after that then you should leave him.

This is a good thing. Because eventually (if you get married) you will have children. and this is how everyday will be like. He can't just make-out with you with two other people watching, that is just plain indecent

Well i would take steps to remedy the situation. It doesn't matter if you're being neglected or not; if you're unhappy, you should do something about it.
