Everyone carries 2 genes for blood type. When you have -0- blood type, almost always your recessive gene is also a -0-. The daughter could have -0- blood type if the father had -0- as his recessive gene. Type A is much more dominate than the -0- but remember the father with the A type also has a recessive gene. Since -0- is the least dominate gene, it's possible (not likely) that the fathers recessive gene could be a Type B which could make his daughter a Type B with a recessive -0- gene.
After all these possibilities, the daughter is probably Type A.

All I can tell you is that we all inherit our blood type from our father and his side of the family. Other than that, you'll have to get the kid a blood test.
