May sound wierd but even if I knew the girl I liked, liked me also I'd still think am to ugly shy away and give up I also have BDD witch messes me up and tells me things that arent true and even when ppl tell me am ok and not ugly it don't really do anything

Go get a mirror. look in it no longer than 8 min., no less than 5 min. and pick out every good feature on you. Tell your self why you like that about you. And whenever there comes a time when you find a girl think about those things. Don't start thinking about the bad things which are going to make you scared. She might not even notice that you any bad features if there are any.

You are depriving yourself of possible opportunities with that kind of attitude. I cannot tell you that you are not ugly or you are not this or that, neither can anyone else. The reason being is, ONLY YOU can make that judgement. Don't go by what other people say. omg! you know what? if she thinks your ugly...she's not for you! because a friend is suppose to like whats on the inside...not on the outside... i had a crush on someone but he thought looks are everything! he's not that cute but he has a great personallity and did it work out..he said i made him hurl when he looks at me through IM = instant messaging.. and i quit..i him too... so take my advice and you'll find a someday...i promise! and maybe look nicer or something but don't get plastic surgery..then no one will respect you... so looks aren't everything! Look for a with great personallity and one that will respect you for who you are! Good Luck!!

Well since you think that its fine also think that she likes really ugly guys and then go up and talk to her. You can even make it a joke...hey someone told me you like ugly guys and would like to go out with me.
It could be charming and even make her laugh...who knows you may get lucky and get a date.
