I am 21, I live with mother, my 18 yr.old sister and my daughter. Recently me and my mom's boyfriend got into a BIG argument between each other. Im talking about to the point where we were fighting and cursing each other out. This was not only the first time we have been into it. So she decided to put him out. But he continues to call, come over and spend nights here , and God know whatever else when I'm at work.. He is 54, hasnt worked in over a year. When he does get money he spends it on beer and drugs and doesnt give her one cent. Me and her pay all of the bills, take care of groceries, and purchase everything for the house.. He doesnt do or give her anything.I play a big part in paying bills because my job pays more than hers does.. And I dont feel comfortable, doing that when she has a man that stays here. I feel as though Im taking care of him. I want my own place but if I move she wouldnt be able to take care of all of her bills.. What do I do????

Can I get a court order change for custody of my child?
Once a court order has been established, can I get it modified. I have no custody of my 9 month child and her mother has everything. I got a ****** letter from child support enforcement agency and they need my medical info or they will get it from my employer if I fail to respond. I have to pay child support and we are going 50/50 in med/dental/vision and day care. I wrote a letter to the court in my responsive papers saying I wanted to give up my rights. In California that isn't possible at all. She started the case, but can I file and take her to court and get so sort or custody so I don't have to pay child support? Can I should significant evidence taht she harasses me. Though she doesnt' call me and court order said we both have to have a number to contact the other parent and I have to notify her 72 with my intention to visit my child. I've never seen my kid but how do I change the order to get custody?

Im just starting to see a guy and we're casual right now.
We did it one time and he now says we should only do 0-r-al until we're closer.
But he says we're casual right now.
Im confused but I dont want anything serious with him right now but I can see myself bringing up the issue in a few months when I m ready.
If we just fool around and do 0-r-a-l is that as serious as doing IT ?

I keep hearing so many negative things being said by people who are an only-child in their family. It's making me sad.

I have a 1 year old daughter right now. My husband and I had WANTED to have 1 or 2 more kids, but I had MAJOR complications with my pregnancy and she was born 3 months early and both my daughter and I nearly died. I've been STRONGLY advised by doctors to not attempt another pregnancy. I always wanted to adopt and we've talked about that, but with the expenses of having a preemie and me not being able to work now because of that, we can't AFFORD to adopt a child right now. I have a 14 year old stepdaughter, but she's already so much older than my daughter that my daughter will essentially grow up as an only-child.
I grew up with a younger sister who is 2 years younger than me and we've always been very close. Not to mention that we grew up with TONS of cousins around. So I don't have any idea what it's like to be an only child.

What's your experience with this?

Especially if your body count is much higher than his.

My wife has only f'ed one other dude besides me but that still makes me feel really crappy. By today's standards that makes her a good girl though.

So what's the point in marrying a high milage lady so you can lock yourself down and deny yourself the pleasures that she already enjoyed?

Say for example the woman has 10 previous lovers, and the lucky dude that marries her only has been with her. Isn't this a little unfair? Chick got to go live it up while dude is now stuck with her for thie rest of his life. And if he decides he wants to up his body count, he'll constantly be threatened by divorce.

So basically, 10 dudes got to hit it and quit it and lucky #11 is paying out the behind for it.

i really like this guy but both me and him are shy but we both know that we are into each other.

There is this girl who I met online. She talked to me on the phone and chatting. I am in the military and i used go home but she only sees me for a couple of hours and in the middle of nowhere. I pushed to get out in public but she says no. It took me awhile to even get a number. I broke up with her and starting seeing another girl after two months. She tells me that she is pregnant after I have been seeing this girl for a month. Now it is 2 years later. I have only seen one picture. I still keep in contact but only when she wants. she emails me and tells me stuff about my child. She still does not give away her number or an address. I have not even heard his voice because she says he is asleep or away. Really the only thing I have is a picture. It has been getting between my girlfriend of two years and I. I don't know what to do. I don't want to deny that childs existence, because that would be wishing him away, but I also don't know that he is really there. What do I do?
