I have had custody of our boys (7 and 8) since Aug 2005. Their Dad sees them every other weekend and half the time when they’re on school breaks. The boys are doing great. 1 issue: their Dad has been contributing minimally towards their care. So, this past Nov we went back to court for child support. The amount was substantially higher then what he was giving (it goes without saying that I’d been feeling the burden of that financial deficit for the last year or so, since I covered the shortage). Well, he hasn’t even paid twice since the change and he’s taking me back to court. He wants joint custody of the boys now. For the last year he’s seen the boys every other weekend and been fine with it. I really do believe that he wanting joint custody back now has everything to do with money. I imagine that the court sees this all the time. But can he win?

I have been married for 7 months,together for 2 years and my husband and I have just moved to his hometown.I have no family just friends threw him,he hasnt been home in a while and I totally understand he wants to catch up with his old pals but ever since weve moved here hes changed to the point where he wants to go out every night like a teenager and be out with his friends or if i go with him he;s got to be the center of attention, very outgoing ,treats his friends like if they were gold yet when hes at home with me he totally ignores me and doesnt speak a word.Its like hes bored being at home.We have a 10 month old baby girl and its like hes not even interested in her anymore,and when I confront him about it,he gets overly deffensive,yells at me and gets verbally abusive when i dont even raise my voice to him.Im getting sick of this' he never was this way until we moved here, I dont know what to do?

So i went to my crushes basketball game last night w/ my friend(lets call her nikki) And the schools biggest **** was there (lets call her jen)w/ a few girls one being my friend (this girl has like no friends they all pretend to like her to be nice)but jen HATES my friend and was giving us dirty looks.they over heard me and nikki talking about my crush..so later nikki went into they hallway to see something and jen and another girl were there and said some things to her and then they were like " how should we tell Jake (my crush) your friend likes him" My crush already knows i like him and so does all his friends basically alot of the school knows (they all are waiting for us to go out)but am scared she is gonna spread lies about me like stalking him to everyone or something.What should i do if she does? i dont get to see my boyfriend much as we live an hours drive apart, and i dont drive. Hes a bit down lately, lots on and all he wants is a cuddle etc and i cant be there. Well, I am almost 17 years old and My boyfriend is almost 18 years old. I dont know how I really devolped the whole "I cant stand it when you talk to girls" or "I dont beleive you when you say you love me" How can I stop? I thought he was cheating on me because I read his Myspace, and it was talking about how a girl was hanging all over him. I got sooo mad and I couldnt stop crying. I confronted him about it and he suggested that we break up. I cried again and we didnt break up.He said it was his friend that wrote that. I beleive him because he almost cried with me when I cried to him about it. I went through his private stuff and yes, I have done it before. Just how do I stop? I want our relationship to prosper, and be filled with happiness. It cant because of me. I feel like i'm loosing him slowly. We have been together for two years and I dont want it to go to waste.... please help me, what can I do to stop bieng jelouse and be more trusting?

This man was/is involved with a woman and they have 2 kids. They were living together and just had a baby. Some how he set his sights on my daughter and left his wife and decided he wants to be with my daughter. She is infatuated and believes all that he tells her and blames his 'wife' for the split. I have been in contact with the wife and am given her side of the story. It seems this guy is a cad and is lying to both of them, however my daughter won't consider the wifes side and thinks everything the wife says is a lie. I was going to give them to him after divorce because I thought I was going to see him again and that he wanted them. Well I found out he moved in with his "friend (female)" and haven't heard from him even though he said he wanted to remain friends. Do I have any obligation to send him pictures or is it best just to throw them out? I am only talking about pictures of him and his friends, family ect but they were taken at our wedding. After they way he treated me, It should be ok with just burning them but I think I would want them. I am saving most of them for me because it is the last nice pictures I have of my Dad who passed away. Divorce was in April 2006, so a lot have time as passed. Am I passed the time frame to send them?

When ever I'm with my boyfriend at school which is like all the time and when ever I turn around there's my ex.. My boyfriend hides his feelings a lot. When he's sad, he doesn't like to show it. And I love him so much, and I'm really the kind of person that likes comforting people. Especially him, I hate seeing him feeling bad about something. I can't tell when he's sad or angry, for the very same reason, because he doesn't show it. He says it's just the way his dad brought him up. He said it's hard for him to show emotions. does anyone else find that their relationship seems tainted after arguing?
We all like to believe that we have found "the one" and nothing could ruin it.
After arguing with my boyfriend I feel like I've contaminated our relationship and things will never be the same.
I feel like a failure by arguing because the relationship has proven to be less than perfect.
In this respect I feel like its a painting which a smudge on - a painting you'd just rip up and start again, but you cant do that in a relationship.
How many people out there get the same feeling?
