OK I'm shy but I'm going for it. Whats the best way to ask a woman out for a shy dude? Once you get to know me I'm not shy, I just need help with the "start up" phase here. Give me some ideas on how to ask her, and where to go.

If a guy asks a girl mate out who does not fancy him, esp if a best mate. Why does she stop being friends?


Why not say I like you but just mates and keep it like that.? Accepting the complimnet.


Why stop being mates and treat the guy like dirt, stopping phoning him or answering calls and taking mates with her and treating the guy like dirt.


Whilst guys if they find out just care for mate and have confidence boosted, still want to be mates and help find their mate a new guy to be into so mate not sad .

We used to get along- but now (3 years later) we have a 2 yr. old, and all of a sudden my husband is completely into politics, books, etc... When we first met, he was fun, wanted to go see movies, go out once in a while... and I'm 22- So I still want to do those things- but he doesn't. anybody else have an age gap- and dont really have the same interests anymore??

ex boyfriend of a year ago, we still remain good friends when we see ech other say hi etc, but he does the flirty body lanuage towards me he was the one who broke up & knows i still want him i'ts only when ignore him he trys to get my attention by flirting with other girls even with long distance girlfriends who i dont talk to anymore, i dont know why guys have a need to use other females to make a point to get you jelous or worse break your heart if you still lov them.. but my question is even though he flirts with other girls & distant girlfriend b/c i want him to want me again should I ignore & flirt with his friends i know that one thing guys hate it might tick him off, but he tells my friends off & that they should be looking out for me.. i am 27 he makes me should like i need baby sitting that i cant take care of my self. i act like i am happy around himeven though i still lov him&my heart breaks when he flirts like as if i didnt mean anything.what should i do b/c i want him back

I have been a coxin for my college mens rowing team this year. i'm the only girl, all the guys are like my brothers. (in the past on drunken nights I have kissed 3 of them) It's discouraged that the coxins and rowers have relationships or hook up for fear of someone quitting so u have 2 keep it cool.

The best rower on my team who's like my brother kissed me after a night out on friday and we did alot of kissing and talking until we fell asleep. It was perfect. He got to me that night.

Unlike the others he kept it a secret, no teammates knows. The problem is the kiss happened saturday at like 1:30 - 5:30 am and I see him every day at pratice and races but he hasn't made an attempt 2 hang out with me since. He is really serious about rowing though and I would NEVER EVER get in the way of that.

Think I should just drop it and going back like nothing happened, or wait for him to make his mind up. I just don't want to get 2 caught up in him and get my heart broken. What do u think?

A couple years ago my boyfriend and i decided to move to another state(where his mother lived). we talked this over with his mother because we needed to stay with her while we got housing, jobs, kids schooling etc...established. she was fine with this.so we made the big move. within two weeks of our stay she began suggesting that me and my children(not her son)go to a shelter. since i refused. she began making it miserable for me and my children to stay there. we got into a huge argument and we left. not having anywhere to go my children and i slept in my car for the next week because the shelter refused us. i had no money to go back to my home town since giving it to the grandmother to help with food and bills. i finally tried to be the bigger person and begged the grandmother to let us back in. she did but it was the same bull crap so we went back to the car for another week. my apartment came thru. its 4 yrs later. i dont let this grandma see the kids. she tells me im wrong....am i?

Why do people say ask someone out the worst they can say is no when its not true, ie you loose your mate...


Usually if a guy shows interest in a girl or likes her and she finds out. If shes not into him she wont be his freidn any more even if was best mate. And often will take their joint friends with her, turning them againast tyou, resulting in you getting ostracised out of a club and/or treated like some kind of perve when you just liked them, and cared for them. Plus would have been cool being mates if not fancied back.


Also why are things like that and how to cope not covered in sex ed?

I've known him for longer than forever, and I'd trust him with my life. We talk on the phone twice a week minimum and we're always together at school. People sometimes think we're going out but we're not. Obviously.

Now, I feel like I'm honestly in love with him. I dream about him, think about him, etc. It's scary, but at the same time feels really safe and natural. Should I go for it? Or would it screw up our friendship?

i have 11 people living in a three bedroom trailer i am sixteen and am a full time student and have a part time job. I do pay rent,a car payment,my phone bill. mond u i sleep out on the couch in the living room where everyone is till like 2 in the morning which leaves me with no sleep. every time i think about coming home i get migrains and sick to my stomach because of all the stress that is at my house. me and a couple of my 20 year old friends want to get an apartment together which we have been talking about since forever my parents insist that i stay here but i cant take it no more. there is always fighting and it drives me insane what do i do!!! please help me!!!

If they exist, I may work with one. He’s33, 6’1”, in decent shape, and something of a player. I know he’s had his way with a good number of women, but he brags a little bit too much. He said he gauged from her body language at a Christmas party that he could score my gf if he tried. I almost decked him, but I told him – you don’t know her if that’s what you think.

Foolishly, its turned into a wager. And the stakes aren’t low: he’s going to give me all of his billable hours for a case we’re working on (we’re both associates at a civil defense law firm, and billable hours are of incredible value.) one way or the other with my end of the wager being fulfilled if I have the guts not step in the way and let him do what he has to. If I block her, or if I refuse to allow it to be confirmed (ie I’ll let him ask my gf at the next function in a way that doesn’t reveal the wager), I have to give him my billables. Our billable are due at the end of the month, so that put a pretty good time limit on things.

On Jan 12 there was a bar association function, and he fairly openly flirted with my wife. He even asked to dance with her. I didn’t step in, and they danced a little, but at the end of the night she came home with me. I called him, and said guese your game is over – and he said, not necessarily. Give him until this Saturday morning, and if he hasn’t gotten anything by Friday night, he’ll throw in the towel. But don’t count on it.

Then, out of nowhere, my gf says that she is going out on Friday with her one friend. She goes out with her friends once or twice a month, so that she’s going out is no big deal – but why just this one this time? And the timing!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m worried, but I guesse I brought this on myself. I still trust her. But still – what are the odds?

It was hot and steamy. We liked the same kind of music, liked the same kind of out doors sports and generally shared the same circles of friends. However in the light of day I would feel old Im 52 and he is 37 and I found him too hard to talk to. I am heart broken now but I believe it was not the age gap. I've suspected for a while & heard from various people that my other 1/2 is cheating, i've asked her but she denies it obviously. I've heard that another car is parked out the front of our house when i'm at work (the same type & colour as my suspect) again she denies it. Her car has been seen at his place ( she denies it).
