Why do girls prefer "bad punks" over "decent nerds"?

I dont know of many females that would actually walk up to a guy and ask him to go out with her. So I mean its usually the "bad punks" as you say that are going up to them and asking them out and since no one else seems intrested they say yes. Or they are falling under this spell of having to be cool and date who everyone else is dating or listening to their friends and going for the "bad guy". The good guys usually finish last but they alwasy come out on top. Once a girl sees that the boys/men she's been dating are no good then the see that one "decent nerd" thats been sitting back for so long waiting for a chance and she finally gives it to him, by that time its usually to late. But hey its just stupidity that the decent guys get overlooked.

You know, I used to ask the same question myself. Then I realized it's not something that applies to a general rule. There are some beautiful girls that like decent guys, as there are some beautiful girls that like punks.

In the end, and with time, what marks the difference, and makes you stand out as more than a "regular joe", is your personality, your self esteem and confidence. So never stop believing in yourself and always know that there will be one girl that will appeal to you entirely, and will make a good match.

Punks lose, and some win, but in the battle of conquering the girl you want, it's always about how big of a warrior you believe yourself to be, and know what makes you stand above the rest of the guys. Also, once you know deep inside what's the one thing you could only offer to a girl that no one can, then it's only a matter of making the move.

I really dint know but if the nerd was nice and treated me like a lady then I would go out with him because beauty isn't everything. My mother works in the hospital and she told me most of the good looking guys in the hospital either has AID's or STD's.

As women get older, they realize although the punks are more exciting, they are not marriage material. The best thing to do is concentrate on being sucessful. When you are making millions and the punks are collecting welfare, things will turn around.

the punks are usually outgoing and presumably seemingly confident.

"nerds" tend to remain in the background and arent as easily noticed. and when they are noticed, they seem to lack the confidence.

confidence is sexy. trust me. i got sooo over the outgoing guy that i actively sought out the quiet ones knowing they'd likely be kinder and gentler...but they were so shy and lacked confidence to the point that it was hard to get ot know each other.

girls want a guy that is brazen and masculine during ovulation - but as women get older, they want a guy that is stable. at least most of the time.

so the question is - if you're not a hot guy that girls want to have a piece of every time they see you - how do you like sloppy seconds? cause many girls go through a phase - be it college or their twenties - where they get with the hotties because they have no interest in settling down
