OK I'm shy but I'm going for it. Whats the best way to ask a woman out for a shy dude? Once you get to know me I'm not shy, I just need help with the "start up" phase here. Give me some ideas on how to ask her, and where to go.

once she likes you.its easier to ask her going out.dont be shy.first show her that you are intrested in her,talk to her for 2 dayes at work, find time to share some opinions with her at work. try to find her intrests.ask her friends in work (other girls) what she likes.for example what kind of movies she likes.or does she like to go to the park..then ask her to go with you somewhere she likes to go to....its simple and easy..good luck

keep it simple ask her to join you for coffee or a drink after work. Go from there.
