I sent off for the papers to do this self divorce, but you have to be an attorney to understand how to fill them out. I think I just wasted 35 dollars. Can anybody help with this problem. I left home about 11 yrs ago, and think it's time to cut the cord.

I was engaged to a man that had a felony, at 17 he was in a drinking and driving accident and the passenger was killed. He did 4 years in jail. Then at 23 he went back for a 1 1/2 because he picked his ex up from the bar and his other ex was there and went to the cops and said he hit her. So my parents think that because of these things I should not be involved with him because it makes me look like I have poor judgement and not being a good mother. This was in his past, and he has changed, are my parents right? I'm I wrong? How am I supposed to ditch on the man I love because of his past, yet is that what I have to do to do right by my daughter. I need advice, help!!

I love my ex. Nothing will ever change that she was my first true love. The fact is that we are broken up and I have accepted that. I don't call her as often as I use to I even slowed down on the text messages. SHe gets mad when I don't call her. she gets mad when I go out. shes always mad at something. Shes in college living her life. I just want her to stop being so angry and hopefully oneday we can be friends. I don't want to disrespect her so even when she's pissed at me I try to be cordial with her. But sometimes I just want to be pull my hair out what should I do.

At first I wanted to borrow $2000 to start trading stocks but my boyfriend says no because its too risky, so I said what if it's to put in a CD he still says no. I was very good in studies then I messed up tring to concentrate in my scoical life but now both of them are like really bad and I need help! I said some mean thing to people I didnt want to that has ruined my social life and I have been not concentrating in studies which has ruined my grades (next year is my GCSE) I have also managed to some how ruin my long EMO hair by getting it stuck in my bike and then chopping it off to get it right! On this site ask stupid questions. I mean come on. If your husband doesn't want you - leave. Why would you want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you? If you aren't in love with your other half again, why do you not leave? You are unhappy and you are wasting their time. Does anyone have a brain on here? Why are people not independant enought to be in a relationship that 2 people want? You don't NEED a partner - you should be with someone because you WANT to be with them and they WANT to be with you!

Am I the only one frustrated with the stupiddity on here? Is there any adults with real questions out there?

Alright, so I'm a freshman in college and so is the guy I'm crushing on...we met during our first semester b/c we had class together and became close friends now this semester we don't get to see each other as often, but we still run into each other. Anyways, I told this guy that I like him...and well he told me he wasnt looking for a gf @ that time...but now it seems like he's going out of his way to hang out with me and my friends during out lunch time. He's a really sweet guy and I hope he does like me back, but I don't know how to read the signs he's giving me...my friends say they know he likes me just by the way he acts...but I guess I'm just blind or something b/c I can't tell...so basically my question is how do I flirt without coming off too strongly and also how do I know if he likes me as much as I like him? if someone can please tell me this i would deeply appreciate it...thanks for reading and any advice you give : )

Relationships can be both good and bad, and as many of you may agree, the bad often involves infidelity. For those of you who have been the victim of such undesirable behavior (cheating), if you chose to stay in the relationship what were your reasons? Now, I know that the most popular response will be "because I loved him/her," but do you think that there was more to that? Could it have been due to the false hope that you internailzed in your mind, hoping that your mate would change in an instant? Perhaps you easily dismissed the offense because of some things that you had done in the past (while in a relationship with this person or some one else)? Why did you stay?

My wife recently left (4 months ago) and although I am feeling a bit better (when I say better I mean I am functioning...eating, going to the gym, working...etc) I am constantly depressed, don't want to socialize, find myself drifting when I am socializing, and feel as though I am on a different planet than everyone else most the time. I don't find things funny, I don't want to do the things I love. Does this get better or am I in for a long road ahead? I am sooo sick of feeling crappy!!

My husband of 7 years is cheating...or has cheated. He won't let me within 5 feet of his laptop. I broke it in a fit of despair 2 weeks ago, stepped on it actually. He has had 2 cell phones in the last 4 months that he tried unsuccsessfully to hide from me. When his laptop was in for repair...everything in our relationship was great. The day it came back? He came home, and spent the night surfing away. Yesterday I got his credit card statement there was a charge of $29.95 for frndfndr and I've been trying to find the site but so far no luck. He says he's not cheating but on the nights we don't have sex, he's on his pc. Not to mention that he pays $40 /month for 2 porn cable channles. We have a sick 3 year old daughter together and he owns his own trucking company....is home everynight though. I have no finacial means for myself other than an allowence of 75$ a week. No family or friends in th eposition to help. If I confront him or ask, he says that he has nothing to prove

1.To become his girlfriend. Sex is something you do only if you already have a bond-it can’t create one. Sex without feelings will make him see you as a hookup, not a girlfriend.
2.To save your relationship. A rock romance signals you aren’t communicating and need to figure things out-which happen only by talking. Sex will just add more complications.
3.To get attention. That kind of notice make it hard for guys to see you as girlfriend material. It will destroy your self-worth, making you believe that guys think all you’re good for is sex.
4.To fit in. Having sex is a personal decision about what you can handle. Doing it to seem cool gives other people control of your destiny-a sacrifice that could end in self –destruction.

the thing is, she is 17 years old and i know she met a older man on the net i think he was 40, at first she told me it was only chatting for fun, i said to be careful, but then i found out that she gave him her mobile number and i seen sum of the sexual nature text message's, i was surprised, i confronted my daughter about this, and now she is also worried, this man keeps sending her emails and text message's, she also admitted to me that this man know's where she stays because she told him, this man gained her trust by getting in her head and now it has back fired on her, this man has turned for the worse, i dont know what to do i'm very worried about this, is there anything i can do, can i call the police or anything, how can i stop the emails

Don't even know why I am asking around, other than I REALLY need to find some closure on this. Was talking with her roomate for mutual support until Haloween last year but haven't heard from her since.
