I don't think that is too big of an age difference. If you both like each other that's all that really matters. You already have two things going for you here; he's a churchgoer and he'll soon have a license!

Its fantastic that your looking in an appropriate place for a guy...church. But don't let that decieve you. You may think this guy is all awesome and Godly only for him to turn in to octopus man later on in the relationship. I say wait, take your time and guard your heart.

Friendship first, build up a solid realtionship with this guy his friends and your friends. Have him meet your folks, see how they feel.

If its cool with them and you guys seem to be meshing, wait some more. I know it sounds like a lot of time and effort and well it should be.

Most importantly "guard your heart" don't give away something that God has designed you to share with the special guy in your future.

Good luck and God Bless

Your parents will probably agree with me that this is too big an age difference for a girl your age.

I am 54 and my wife is 51. That is a three year difference. Seems like the only time it really makes a difference is when he is 18 and you are 15. Then that is illegal.

Your age doesn't really matter. Just remember that you're at really different places in your life. Maturity level matters a lot too.

Your parents might not like it much either.

no. hes only 3 years older than you, anything more than 4 is too old for someone your age.

In this particular case, I would say no, as long as you both are putting Christ as your priority, age should not make a difference.
