Alright, so I'm a freshman in college and so is the guy I'm crushing on...we met during our first semester b/c we had class together and became close friends now this semester we don't get to see each other as often, but we still run into each other. Anyways, I told this guy that I like him...and well he told me he wasnt looking for a gf @ that time...but now it seems like he's going out of his way to hang out with me and my friends during out lunch time. He's a really sweet guy and I hope he does like me back, but I don't know how to read the signs he's giving me...my friends say they know he likes me just by the way he acts...but I guess I'm just blind or something b/c I can't tell...so basically my question is how do I flirt without coming off too strongly and also how do I know if he likes me as much as I like him? if someone can please tell me this i would deeply appreciate it...thanks for reading and any advice you give : )

all of the advice u've given me seems to make sence but for the person who postd about him earning my sex or whatever you said lol...hes a bit of a video game junky and nerd...but thats how i like my guys lol...but i will definately take all of your thoughts and apply them thank you soo very much...and if you have any more advice i'd appreciate it

If he's flirting with you or not really depends on the type of flirt he is. I know some guys who like to tease and hit(not hard) but in a flirtatious way. Others smile a you more than usual and you can catch them smiling or staring at you when you're not even talking to them. If he's hanging around you more than he use to and smiling at you a lot then he probably likes you. As far as you flirting back, maybe smile at him but turn away when he catches you. He'll think you didn't want him to know you were looking at him and he may get the hint that you still like him. Or you can do the usual girl stuff and comment how nice his hair or shirt looks and laugh too much at all his jokes.

Are you kidding! He is a male! OK...Quick refresher on males.
Obviously he hasn't reached "MAN" status yet...but you are both young...so who cares. If he is straight, there is no doubt he likes you. The only real question is, Is he really man enough to be in a relationship, or has he been crushed by another girl, or had a sister get knocked up and doesn't want to be in that situation. You need to get a bit more aggressive with him if that is what you want. jump on his lap next time you see him and say hello in a very sexy way.
But be careful, when ever a woman pursues a man, she is in real danger of being hurt. There is a certain amount of respect a man has for a woman he has to pursue. When a woman is the aggressor, it tends to become easy sex, and not something he had to work for.
And remember, no matter how much you think men and women can be friends, men do not think like that, no matter what they say. They always are attracted to there friends.
I would strongly suggest to always let him know how you feel and wait for him to earn your love and affection. Don't just give him what he did not earn. Make him court you for a few weeks.

wear no bra and jump around if he watches with head going up and down he is into you if he says what are you doing hes not
